Guzman Appliance Repair Service

Spoke with Daisy on a Friday night regarding my refrigerator and made an appointment for Saturday between 3-5. Caesar called me at noon and ask if I was available earlier because he finished his other job early. He inspected and fixed my refrigerator within 1 hour. Caesar called me on Sunday to follow up to make sure everything was okay!!!! This company has great customer service and affordable prices. Thank you again!

Daisy and Cesar was quick in providing their services. Fixed the problem my washer was having and it was fixed within an hour. Would call if needed, and would recommend them.

When I called the number listed a woman answered who is the Liaison, I believed her name was Daisy, she was super helpful and worked around our schedule. She answered all my questions with expertise and confidence.

The repairman showed up on time the next day and even took his time to explain to my husband what was happening! I highly recommend their services. We would definitely use them again! Plus they are affordable, reliable and knowledgeable people!

I am so happy I found this family business. I am giving 5 stars because I called on Saturday and Daisy called me back within 15 minutes. Daisy was pleasant and gave me reasonable price ranges to fix my dryer. Cesar called and said he could arrive early, which was great! He was polite, professional and quickly assessed the issue. There was a block and it shorted the motor. He fixed it! He cut the lint tube/coil to make it fit properly and not bend and get plugged up again, cleaned out all areas of the dryer with a few years of dust and lint and showed me what i can do myself to keep things working properly. There is a 3 month guarantee on his work.
While we chatted I asked him what other appliances he could fix, long story short we checked out my furnace and he showed me how to clean the filters. No extra charge, just a nice guy.

I always prefer going to a smaller business where integrity is still a priority. I'm happy with this small business and will use their services again and refer them to friends.

Daisy was very easy to work with when scheduling an appointment. I even had to call back to reschedule for a different day. She told me that I would hear from the technician 20-30 minutes prior to my appointment and she was right. Cesar called me promptly before my scheduled appointment.

One of the best experiences I've had with a technician. Cesar was very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous. He knew what he was doing while he was troubleshooting my washer. I even drilled him with some questions about certain brands and which brands to stay away from.

In the end, Cesar offered a few tips regarding my washer and they were very helpful.

My condenser fan in my refrigerator had stopped working. I contacted Guzman Appliance Repair and Daisy set me up with Cesar to come out on the same day! I was very impressed with Daisy's professionalism over the phone. She had originally schedule our appointment at 1pm, but by 11am, Cesar was on his way. Cesar was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and polite. He was able to repair the condenser and reattach the water line. I am very thankful to Guzman. Now my refrigerator is working again. Yay! Just in time too! Now my honey will never know I broke it trying to vacuuming it! All is good! :P

I have used Guzman Appliance Repair three times now. Each time their service is prompt and accurate! Daisy is very friendly on the phone. The first two times I reached her immediately and scheduled the service quickly. The last time I left a message but heard back within half an hour. Cesar arrives when expected and is very knowledgeable. In each case he diagnosed the problem quickly, gave me the estimate for the repair, and then completed the work. He has fixed both my clothes washer and dishwasher and he fixed the furnace and oven when they blew out due to a power surge.

You don't get pressured to purchase a new appliance like you do when you go with the Sears repair service!

I'm so glad I found this business! Our Dacor microwave wasn't working so I gave them a call based on Yelp reviews. Daisy was super nice and very upfront about the pricing. Cesar was on time, very nice and transparent about what he was doing and what it might cost. I will call them again if I need appliance repair.
