These guys are great! Deysi was an awesome communicator, from quoting, to booking, to letting us know when the tech will come. Then Cesar came to do the estimate, and knew right away what was wrong with our washer and fixed it right there and then. And the price was very reasonable as well. All around professional. Called this morning and spoke with Deysi. Made an appointment for 3-5 PM to take a look at our clothes dryer that stopped producing heat and I gave her the model number. Ceaser is fast and efficient. He pointed out that there was a small fire, and that's what caused the shut down. Cleaned everything out (we had it serviced by another company), replaced a bad roller, reset the thermostat. He finished this all in an hour. Our dryer hasn't been this quiet in years and I had another company come out 3 times to fix the rollers. I will be calling them back out next week to fix our stove top. Fast-Efficient-Fair price, what more can you ask for. Great Job! Thank you

This is the second time I called Guzman Appliance Repair and I highly recommend them. I needed an installation of a replacement cooktop and to check our icemaker. Cesar installed the cooktop with no problems. Then he checked the icemaker in our Whirlpool refrigerator.
Cesar called Home Depot for a new icemaker, picked it up and installed it that day. Cesar did a great job. He arrived on time, he's very nice and explains what he's going to do. Deysi is very helpful when you call in and she also calls you back ASAP. Guzman Appliance repair is the first place we call because they're very honest and reliable.

Guzman Appliance Repair technician Cesar is the BEST! I have now used them on two separate occasions, for repair of my LG dryer and most recently my LG frig. Both times I received a prompt (within an hour) return call from Deysi and was able to schedule the service call within 48hrs. Both conducted themselves professionally and courteously. I live in San Ramon and even though they operate out of Hayward, their rates and scheduling availability supercede the quotes I received from at least 5 other closer appliance repair services. I have had no issues on the completed repairs, received a 90 day warranty on parts & labor, and now consider Cesar my "go-to" appliance repair hero! I will be a loyal customer from now on. Deysi was the person who was in communication soon after I left a message and Cesar was on the job lickety split the very next morning. He came over, diagnosed the problem with my old refrigerator/freezer, went out got the new part, came back and fixed it later the same day. There's a 3 month guarantee on the work and Cesar said to call him if I had any problem. He was on time and really nice, gave me an estimate, honest, reliable. Deysi followed up immediately afterward when I had a question.The unit is working like a charm now! Great family business - 5 stars!
