Outstanding. On time, diagnosed the issues, and got right to work on the repairs of two machines. Very informative regarding preventative maintenance as well. Highly recommend.

Professional and responded quickly to the request. My treadmill was unable to be repaired but they were able to explain and show me all of the reasons why. It was very helpful.

It was so easy to call and set up appointment. I was able to send pics and get an answer if my treadmill was going to be fixed and Sasha was able to give me an answer immediately and a tech was able to come by within a couple days and he was able to fix it in under an hour in a Saturday. Would do business with again if anything happens to any of my equipment.

I called the company that sold me my elliptical machine who relayed the phone number for a repair company that was not going to be able to look at my Precore machine for two weeks and they were going to charge me $250 just to come out which didn't include the repair. After looking around on yelp, I found this company. Within two days. I had a repairman by the name Tim arrive in a very timely manner, extremely polite, and went beyond expectations. Not only did the job cost far less than I had expected, but he took apart the entire machine and cleaned it. This is a small company, so please pay in cash if you can.

Great company! I contacted Gym Guards recently to address an issue with my home treadmill, and they were super responsive and prompt. Technician showed up the next day, quickly identified the issue and described what it will take to fix it. All was taken care of within a week, and for a very reasonable price. He also made great recommendations on how to take care of the treadmill so to avoid major problems down the road. They put our treadmill together, called them to do service. They came on time, did the work and technician was able to give us tips on how to prolong the life of our treadmill. I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys were amazing. They not only moved my home gym very efficiently, but they performed a servicing of the gym and it now works way better than it ever has.

They oiled up all the chains, made lots of adjustments to the gym and tightened the tension in the most critical components.

I can't believe how great my gym works now. And I can't imagine doing a move or getting service from another vendor.

These guys are very impressive and were lower cost than anyone else I contacted for quotes to move the machine. Note that I didn't ask for the servicing and they didn't charge me for it. They just did it because they take great pride in their work.

I have a bad habit of only leaving reviews on Yelp when I have a bad experience. However, with Gym Guard, the service has been beyond outstanding, so I had to leave this review.

Their technician Tim has been to my place twice doing his best, trying to fix an old elliptical. He has spent 3+ hours and has not given up yet! I can't praise him and his manager Sasha enough for their patience and their desire for customer satisfaction.

I will definitely recommend them without hesitancy. Truly impeccable service.
