Would definitely recommend Habbas, although it does take a while to reach to a settlement. My only advice is don't settle on the first offer, especially at an older age :)
I had a good paralegal his name is Frances. France's response to your messages quick. To the receptionist very friendly. You don't have much contact with the lawyer, only when it's close to your settlement. Thank you Habbas.

I was involved in an accident where my car was totaled and I was injured. My friend recommended Habbas so I decided to give them a call. In the beginning everything was quick when I had questions or concerns. It has been 9.5 months and I have had to change lawyers. I would try to get in contact with my case manager Grace and multiple emails and phone calls were not returned. I would call their main office and the person who answered would give me a different response each time. She's in a meeting, she's on vacation, she's out of the office because she's sick. From what my new lawyer is telling me this shouldn't have taken this long. Even my chiropractor sent multiple emails and made numerous phones calls and there was no response. When I called I spoke to someone over the phone and told them that I no longer needed their services and the lady told me she would tell my case manager and the lawyers. My new lawyer is telling me that Habbas is claiming that I never notified them that I no longer needed their services. It's sad that I have to send my new lawyer all the emails and screenshots of my call history.

Omar. Treatment was done and I needed to know what the next steps were. I have screen shots of all the calls that were made as well as emails that were sent out with no response. I also have a screen shot of the day I called to let Habbas know I no longer needed your services. I also had a conversation not conversations with the lawyer because I told the lady that answered the phone I have not heard from Grace in a long time and insisted I speak to someone. For your law firm to say I never told you that you were fired even when I have the emails really says a lot about your law firm.

This is law firm that I would strongly not recommend, stay away from them , my name is Miguel , I hired them to represent me on a injury case against a clothing store , they took my case , we did all the paperwork, they sent me to a doctor for treatment and therapy and for a couples months, I didn't hear from them , I called the lawyer that they assigned to my case and she didn't return my calls , it wasn't until another couple months that I received a letter from , where they notified me that they were not longer representing me , by then it was too late to hire any other attorney. This firm spends so much resources on advertising but they are full of it , completely unprofessional. Do not hire them.
