Glad that I found Mikhail on Yelp! We needed two doors fixed at our new place, and he showed up just a couple of hours after we'd agreed on a price via text, ready to get going.

One door was simple - he removed the plastic shims on the hinges and that was enough for it to close properly - but the other required chiseling out the frame, sanding the corner, and enlarging the hole on the strike plate. After assessing the problem, he went back to his car to pick up some additional tools, and got both fixed right away. Mikhail also made sure that we were satisfied with the outcomes before switching from task to task.

The price was reasonable, the fix was quick, and he even helped us release a pair of pocket doors that were previously stuck at no additional charge. I'll totally reach out to Mikhail again for future home improvement projects.

Mikhail was amazing! He came out to give an estimate same day I messaged him. The estimate was fair and reasonably priced based on the many different things we needed fixed in our very old house (doors, kitchen faucet, fans, etc). Then he came out within a few days to fix everything. He's also very details oriented and made sure things were fitting perfectly. Would definitely recommend Mikhail and work with him again if we have any more issues.

Mikhail was very responsive and I was able to make an appointment quickly. I provided some photos of repairs we needed done around the house and he was able to give me an estimate over the phone. We had several little projects that needed done around the house (broken door knobs, changing out a light fixture, patching a hole from a previous tenants tv mount and touch up painting). He was on time and came with all his own tools. He did a great job with all the tasks and worked quickly. I would highly recommend going with Handlify and we will definitely be requesting his help again in the future!!

I recently moved into a new apartment where everything was fixed except the balcony railing. The structure was a little wobbly and the paint was peeling. I can't say that it looked bad, especially for the price of the monthly rent and other major perks of the apartment. In any case, I wanted to solve the problem as soon as possible. I came across the Handlify company and was pleased with how quickly they responded and how easily they could adapt to my convenient time. And of course, the work Michael did was of high quality and definitely worth the money! I also asked them to hang a picture for an extra charge, which they did in a matter of seconds, no hassle!
I recommend using Handify because you will not only meet good craftsmen but also nice, positive people.

I had to set up a new flat screen TV and wall mounting kit. Mikhail responded first, gave me the best price on the estimate, and then came the same day (earlier than his scheduled time) on a Saturday! When he got here, he immediately put on shoe booties to keep the carpet clean, he was organized and was able to get everything set up from the box to me watching the game in less than an hour. Mikhail is a general handy man who can paint, change electric fixtures, change faucets and bathroom fixtures, and pretty much anything your home or apartment may need. He is now my go to for anything broken or needs replacing at home.
