I contacted Handy Rooter to replace my kitchen faucet, and they responded to my request very quickly. The price was also very reasonable. I used Yelp to contact numerous plumbers, but Handy Rooter quoted me the best price.

I've used them before in the past, so I already liked their service. I was able to make an appointment for the next day.

On the appointment day, Vu called me in the morning when he was on the way to my house. I appreciated this call to ensure we were available. Vu quickly assessed my kitchen faucet and determined that my angle stops had to be replaced, too.

Vu worked efficiently and replaced the angle stops first. Then he was able to remove my old faucet and install the new one. I love my new kitchen faucet!

Overall, I highly recommend Handy Rooter. I've used them a few times, and we have always been satisfied customers.

I sent a quote request to Vu at Handy Rooter & Plumbing at 7:45am and he texted me back within 15 minutes. He already had a busy day scheduled, but he fit us in at 11am-12pm. Then he called me at 10am and asked if could come at 10:30 as he was running early.

They arrived on time and had our main sewer line cleared of its blockage within 15 minutes of arriving. The cost was very reasonable and the service was excellent.

In fact, when we inquired about replacing our bathroom sink, they advised against it unless absolutely necessary, saving us both time and money.

Vu was very professional and communicated when he would arrive. We requested that he wear a mask which he obliged to.

He changed out our garbage disposal and fixed both toilets. He was fast, efficient, and communicated all the service he would provide and the time it would take to fix.

I called Handy Rooter two weeks go to do some bathroom plumbing work because I had good experience with them replacing some kitchen piping back in 2023. Mr. Vu set up the appointment within 1 or 2 days after I called. He was punctual, very responsive and did a professional job. Few days ago, I needed some plumbing work again. Obviously I called Handy Rooter. Mr. Vu did another perfect job again today. He's now my "go to" plumber. I highly recommend this company.

Trieu came to replace my broken bathroom sink plug. He texted me 30 minutes before arrival. Satisfied with his work and pricing.

Had to get my garbage disposal replaced, response and fix was very fast and fees always reasonable. Not his first time helping me with a job but is my go to plumber. I feel like a learn something new every time about how all this stuff works. Also i'm an asian household so very much appreciate that he takes off shoes when entering it goes a long way.

Trieu was very timely and proficient. We wanted to install an under sink RO and he had already completed his research and installed it in 20 mins. So far the system is working great (no leaks). We have a years warranty on the labor.
