Handyman Dan

I've tried several different handyman services over the years, and the vast majority of them turned out to be pretty flaky. I encountered handyman Dan through a door lock installation from Amazon. I asked for his card after he did really high-quality work, and I've called him several times for various jobs since.

Dan knows what he's doing, he's great with his tools, he returns phone calls promptly, and his rates are very reasonable. Who could ask for anything more from a handyman?

This is my handyman for my home from now on. Give Dan a try you won't be disappointed!

Just hired Dan's company again! This time it was to remove a sink, install a new one, install faucet, replace old broken drain system under sink, and install garbage disposal. Dan is so busy he has had to hire guys to help him out.

I prepared the area, pre-purchased all the materials and supplies a head of time for the crew. Joshua, working for Dan, came out early to the appointment and got right to work. A few hours later, and everything was complete and working. Joshua kept a clean space, and cleaned up everything before leaving, and answered any questions I had This is my second time hiring then, and will again. Have lots of projects dialed up for Dan and his new crew!

Called Dan last week and I now have a new toilet. So glad to have found him at Next door app. He's easy to schedule, polite, and very flexible. He even picked up the toilet we chose at Home Depot for us. These days, it's really hard to find contractors that work for you. I'll for sure will call him again.

Dan has been the absolute best person I have ever hired to do home repairs! He is such a hardworking and honest person that does exceptional work! He has done carpentry work, demoed a bathroom, installed two closet systems --there is nothing he can't do! Thank you Dan for all of your help in renovating our condo and making it beautiful!

I got ghosted.

I called first to see if a small job was something he'd be interested and able to help with. He said yes. After sending him some pictures of the problem area I never heard back. I tried texting a couple more times before giving up.

I wouldn't mind him turning down the job, but getting ghosted is a waste of my time.

Dan is an exceptional handyman who gets the job done right. He told me that he could build a house from the ground up, and I believe him. He really knows his stuff. He has impressed me time and again with his extensive knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and related property maintenance issues. And it gets better: his rates are more than reasonable in my opinion.

I've seen some reviews stating that Dan has been slow to respond to requests for help. I think those Yelpers would be pleasantly surprised if they gave Dan another chance. I work with lots of handymen, and Dan is one of the few who goes the extra mile to make the customer happy. I know he juggles a lot of calls, but that's because he's great at what he does.

The best. Dan was awesome to work with and quick to the job. We had a small gate issue out our condo complex, and he made time to check out the issue and then had it fixed before I could even get back to the complex. It's very rare to find a handyman that takes on the small projects too!

And when it comes to pricing, he is beyond fair and trustworthy. He is guy you feel good about doing business with. He even followed up to make sure it was still holding up.

Handyman Dan is worth more stars than I can give!

I had a problem on a Friday, and every handyman I called was too busy to come out, until I called Dan. He was there within 15 minutes, identified the problem and then fixed it in a small amount of time. While there I asked him about a different problem and within minutes he had found a solution. He's definitely going to be my go-to guy from now on!

Friendly, fast, and reliable, if you're on the fence about hiring Dan, you should!

I've been a property manager for 20 years, so I've had a lot of experiences with handymen. I used Dan for the first time on my personal home this month. I'm doing some remodeling, so I hired him to install a sink, a couple of faucets, replace some light fixtures, repair my dishwasher, fix some drywall damage, etc. Dan is great to interact with. He's well spoken and professional. Very organized and focused, so he works fast. The problem with a lot of good handymen is that their customer service sucks, so it's a trade off-- deal with a jerk because he knows his stuff. Dan isn't like that at all. He's got a ton of experience and his work shows it, but he is also pleasantly easy to deal with. I can see why he books two weeks out. He's worth the wait.

Requested a quote to fix a hole in the wall and shower/ tub. They just replied that they were too busy , thanks for the quick reply.
