Hansel Ford Of Petaluma

oh my great service at Hansel Ford in Petaluma ... I bought a used vehicle there 6 months ago and returned this week to have the 5k service oil change , etc. They are so friendly, and they picked up my vehicle... and returned it in 1/2 day. I will continue to use them for service because they are so dedicated to their new & returning customers - give them a try, highly recommended.

This place likes to scam their customers. I took my car in and told the guy I believe it's my ac belt that's bad. They charge me to look at it and than tell me it's 2k to fix th ac compressor. I take it somewhere else and they look at it and say it's the belt. Fix the belt. Problem gone for $30. Avoid this place at all costs because all they want is your money and they will lie to you about what your issue is with your car. Also terrible terrible customer service. I will never go back here and will tell everyone I know to avoid

Wasted 2 hours driving from Sacramento to be treated like a criminal. Had an approved loan on the specific vehicle I came to buy (by vin) through Bank Of America under my business. The dealer tried to make it seem like it wasn't my business and wouldn't even try contacting Bank of America to verify. Horrible customer service I've never felt this disrespected in my life.

My 2010 Ford Fusion had a brake problem which this shop "fixed" temporarily, then when it occurred again, charged me to diagnose it but claimed they couldn't fix it. I looked online and discovered the problem and the fix described in an ABS recall. However, there's also hundreds of complaints that people had the same problem but their car, like mine, was not included in the recall. When I brought this to the attention of this shop, they refused to consider the ABS fix described, though my vehicle had the identical problem as in the recall, and said they would stick to their technician's faulty diagnosis and were unable to help.

Ford is stonewalling customers with this ABS problem, and either this shop is as well, or they are just stubborn and their technicians unskilled. For sure their service department can't even seem to do a cursory internet search. I will not be spending any more money in this shop. Terrible!

Sad day when you entrust your hard earned money in a ford product. 2017 ford edge paid for the bumper to bumper warranty. Car became 100 miles out of warranty. Coolant leaked into engine. Long story short I need a new engine. Researching this car there is story after story of the same problem I incurred. There is a class action lawsuit in litigation. Hansel recommendation is a 10,000 dollar new engine. Service manager Brendan cooney confirmed the engine in this vehicle is flawed and has issues. Buyer beware. Very dissatisfied. Ford is not backing thier product. Hansel has been of little help to me trying to resolve this issue.

Same day service, but not speedy.

Called at 8am to see if I could bring my van in for a same day oil change. They were able to get me on the books for 2pm, which I appreciated.

The service center shares a building/lot with the dealership; which means free coffee/tea and comfortable air conditioning while waiting.

Customer service at the counter was 5 star stellar! My only complaint is the speed of service for a scheduled maintenance. The oil change took 2 hours and when I got home, I realized my coolant was low. Bit of a bummer that they did not check coolant levels with the oil change, as I would have definitely paid to have them top it up

Overall, not a bad price, but you get what you pay for.

Absolute crooks that only care about them making money, regardless if you can actually pay them or not. Every person who walks in is nothing but dollar signs to them and they're completely heartless in pushing for that $$$. I understand you don't want to deal with "buyers remorse," but there are very real life circumstances that arise causing a sudden need to back out due to an inability to afford the vehicle. And they don't care, why would they? They've been paid, it's the banks problem. Guess it makes sense when you refuse to pay much more than minimum wage, your staff looks to make a quick buck off of someone actively in a mental health crisis. Eff you, Henry Curtis Ford - soulless sacks of trash. Thankfully I work in a high end establishment and can ensure no one purchases from any Henry Curtis business.

Brought my daughter in to purchase a good reliable used car... drove out with the car we wanted at the price and financing she could afford. The team was willing and diligent in working out what we said was right for her.
