Ordered the bubble waffle and vietnamese iced coffee with salted cheese. I noticed that they used the cafe du monde brand for the coffee which was a really nice touch. It's recommended that the vietnamese ice coffee is ordered with no sugar as the condensed milk and salted cheese balance out the coffee taste well. The bubble waffle came out freshly made. I recommend eating it as soon as possible because it has a nice crunch when eaten fresh.

I was sad to hear that the shop was closing at the end of the year as it's my go to happy lemon in the area. All the more reason to visit while I still can.

Overall 5/5 for freshness of the bubble waffle and taste of the coffee. If you like either of the two I definitely recommend getting one or both items here.

We received a gift card but were required to setup an account on HL site to use it. What in the world?!
Drinks are okay. Inconsistent sweetness level with the lemon series being just right or too sour on different occasions (50% sweetness).
Just an average boba place with prices a bit high compared to some other places near-by.
Drinks are made and just placed on the counter; you have to look for your order because they don't call out your name or order number.
The place is clean. We usually order on the app so don't have much contact with the employees.

They are constantly closed when their posted hours say they should have been open for hours (this was taken past noon when they open at 11), and their open sign is on. Not the first time it's happened and it's really frustrating because I don't have a long enough break at lunch to go to another place - their inconsistency ends up ruining my day. Won't be giving them another chance.

Smoothies were delicious although I prefer a thicker, dense texture. Extra charge ($1) for the milk alternative and $7 for my avocado matcha while mango matcha was $6.75 both with boba ($0.75). Service was prompt and professional. I definitely recommend!

      Happy Lemon isn't happy anymore.

I was happy with Happy Lemon the first time, but lately it has turned sour, as lemon is supposed to be, I guess.
No more grapefruit pieces in my favorite drink; less salty cheese than before. My husband was upset with his black milk tea, saying it was watery and tasteless.
What happened? Is this a customer savings? Just so you understand, I too decided to save money and the last time I ordered was only because I got a free drink through the app.
Hopefully one day the lemon will be happy again...

This store is so frustrating. I tried to order something and use my points, but the store manager said they are no longer affiliated with Happy Lemon as of this week. I asked why there wasn't a notice for customers, and she ignored me, just saying they will change the name soon but are still using the Happy Lemon logo and selling their products. The manager wasn't wearing a Happy Lemon shirt and was very unprofessional. She was also incredibly rude, trying to kick me out and telling me to go to another Happy Lemon store like the one in Burlingame. I can't believe customer service like this exists nowadays. I really don't recommend this store to anyone. No respect at all.

This is the lady with a bad customer service.
Name is no change yet and no note for people know that they are changing the name.

Popped into this Happy Lemon on Jan 1st for my usual Ube Taro Puff Milk Tea, no sugar and light ice. Ran into a middle-aged Asian lady, probably the manager since she wasn't in the usual uniform. She told me to go for 100% ice, saying they'd have to pour in more tea otherwise. Kinda weird, right? It sounded like she just didn't want to use more tea and was pushing ice instead.

I tried to say I'd prefer more tea over ice, but she cut me off and suggested I should try it her way. Then, out of nowhere, she starts chatting about their new Vietnamese coffee. I gave in and went with the 100% ice, but yup, you guessed it - the drink was super watery and skimped on the boba, not at all like what I get at other Happy Lemon places. Felt like she didn't really hear me out, and I ended up with a disappointing drink. Probably won't swing by this location again.

My work ordered boba to go for our team. I got the jasmine GMT. I don't know what's going on but recently I've been having really bad boba. The boba is hard in the middle. It's pretty upsetting given that we paid $9-10 per boba via DoorDash.

Boba stores need to step up their game and cook fresh boba if we're going to be paying almost $10/drink.

I'm usually pretty satisfied with all the locations I've been to but this place was a mess.
I came with family over the weekend and they were under staffed so ordering and getting your drink took way too long. I was the next person to order, the cashier said we can scan QR code to skip the line and order ahead. I noticed a couple of Happy Lemon started to do self orders or QR codes which is nice but I had the HL reward cards. At one location, they said they can't use the card on self serve and they had to manually do it.
This location did not even accept the reward cards which kinda got me a bit upset since I've been to most locations and they all accepted it. On top of that, it took us more than 30mins to order and get our drinks. Im a sad lemon after this trip.

This is one of the best places to get a boba or refreshing drink at the mall. I got the mango and matcha and it was yummy. There is lots of drinks on the menu to try out.
