Harps Food Store

always clean, food is fresh, and the customer service is impeccable. I also use their pharmacy which is wonderful. Gas is very fair in price. I have never had a bad experience here. Oh! and the bakery! Need a custom cake? I highly recommend!

Better than the Kroger it replaced ever was! Harps has a decent selection of all your needs and at prices that compete with Sam Walton's Mega-Mart across the road. The cashiers and tickets are friendly and helpful and the store is well-lit and clean. This is a welcome replacement of the Kroger that once occupied the building- It's also nicer than the location it relocated from Downtown.

Harps is a little further for me to shop but well worth the drive! I have never had a bad experience at this hometown grocery store. The shelves are always stocked and in very nice order too. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Produce and meat departments are the best in town! I love the small town type of atmosphere they present. I have recommended this store to friends and they all continue to shop there now. Even the parking lot feels safe and convenient. I love this store!!

Great grocery store that also has gas! I often go in here just for a quick store trip and every time has been nice and easy. Nothing seems out of place, they carry a lot of brands and items, and the cashiers have been quick for checkout! Haven't tried anything from the deli but judging from the rest of the store, it's probably good stuff back there

Employees were so rude and all in one isle talking, didn't assist me.
Only one employee checking and only had room for 4 bags at a time. Had a long line also. This store has lines that have a spin bagging area with more bag area so I don't get why THIS lane was the only lane open.
Also noticed an older girl just standing there talking and flirting with an younger male at the gas station area, not even working.
Also over priced.
Managers and employees here obviously have nothing to do.

Was hungry when I stopped and bought some chicken strips and fish ate it on the way to work and half way through my day I ended up sick with food poisoning I'm not happy about it and very very dissatisfied and disappointed in that store probably wont be back

David the manager and deli manager Jackie went above and beyond for my family. My sister in law unfortunately has stage 4 ovarian cancer and wasn't up to cooking this thanksgiving. We live in So. California and wanted to get a delivery of a full cooked ready to eat meal but found out insta cart doesn't do this. My husband called the store to ask if there were any other options they offered and David said he would drive it to my sister in laws himself!!!!! And he did!!! The meal was delicious but more importantly our faith in humanity during these trying times have been restored. Thank you David and Jackie for putting smiles on faces and a traditional meal in our bellies in what is a very challenging time both physically and emotionally. We are truly appreciative. New store, good customer service. Nice selection also and it's in a nice spot in Cabot. At least for me and the other people that live on the northeast side of town or out towards Ward. The produce section is small but still a good selection of fresh stuff.

As is all places, some things are over priced but the meats and produce are much better than what you find at walmart.

Small but clean and the employees are more friendly than you're used to. Get a Harps Card and save on gas as well.
