First of all, I have to say that I hardly write anything in the Yelp. Robert is the real deal, best deal and very nice person. He is very honest and experienced! And Reasonably! I highly recommend him for HVAC service

Robert and his crew were amazing ! Had several quotes given by other companies and we went with Robert because his price was fair and he seemed knowledgeable, down to earth, and willing to answer all of our questions. The crew came in early and was done by early afternoon. They did a great job and we would highly recommend their service if you're in need of a new hvac system install.

Robert does an excellent job. Super honest and easy to work with. He has replaced parts on our AC twice and it has been easy and painless.

HVAC was 23 yrs old. First inspection was at 21 yrs old. Robert Harris replaced Capacitor and it worked fine. Did not want to wait until it wore out. After 5 estimates, I chose Harris Air and I am totally satisfied. I support local small businesses if they deserve it and Harris's Air definitely does. He answers his phone himself a lot, even when I pocket dialed at 6:30am!
Robert's staff are as professional as he is. I replaced my system with a single stage Trane 3 ton, 16 seer after multiple discussions with Robert and his understanding of my HVAC needs.

I requested service on my heater that wasn't working and Trent and Sean came out and did a fantastic job. They were very transparent and their communication was top notch. I couldn't recommend a better company if you need help with heating and air

Second year I've used Harris Air, and I'm a loyal customer moving forward. We have a 2-story home with 2 units and one unit was not working and Trent from Harris found the problem immediately then inspected everything else. Harris Air (Trent) came to repair our A/C today on holiday which was humbling, and we got Trent again, which were so happy, because it's so hard to find someone that is knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We will forever be loyal to Trent and Harris Air. Thank you again for keeping us cool!Rick

I was looking for a separate and efficient unit for my upstairs addition. This company offered the most energy efficient unit. Other companies didn't seem to understand heat pumps, only offered older and inefficient heat pump units, and talked about them negatively in general. This company understood the value of energy efficiency, recommending a unit with the highest SEER rating of the companies I contacted (a ducted mini split unit from Mitsubishi). They also got the job done quickly, cleanly, and as requested.

My AC was broken and another company was scheduled to come out, however they didn't and made a very unreasonable excuse. I had called Harris Air the day before and he returned my call the next day which was a life savior since the other company didn't come out. He couldn't do same day service but came out first thing the next morning. He was courteous, knowledgeable and was able to repair our AC at a very reasonable rate. I high recommend him.

I use Harris Air at my business as well as my residence. They are professional, reasonable and reliable. I recommend them highly!

My incident happened on a Saturday night. It was hot and humid in our home because our AC was not blowing cool air all day. It's late, we searched online and got the earliest response from Harris Air the following day. Robert made his way out on Monday and diagnosed the issue. He fixed it and got the cool air running again. No one else had any openings until Wednesday, so If it wasn't for Harris Air I would still be suffering in my house until Wednesday.
