Harris Water Heaters

I called on Tuesday, 7/23, to open a service ticket, and Joseph came out on Wednesday, 7/24. He was awesome and replaced my water heater the same day. It looks amazing, and what a great value!

Joseph was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, polite, and walked me through the entire process! I have been a member of FNHW for many years and will always trust them to cover my home!

I did not have hot water, and the company received my request for repair in the morning and fixed it by 1 p.m. Amazing!!!
Jake was a pure pleasure. Not only was he cheery, polite, and professional, but he was also willing to educate me, and I felt safer because of Jake. I will definitely use them in the future and look forward to getting a new one from them when this one dies. I told Jake he was an angel, and a rock star rolled into one.

Too expensive. And apparently they do not believe there is any benefit in flushing out a water heater for sediment . They would automatically prefer to replace water heater This is the only company that has ever said that to me

We got our water heater replaced and our technician Joseph R. Was Freaking awesome . He explained all the cost , permit process and what needed to be done. We are very happy with his work.

Water heater failed and we called the home warranty company. Bryan came and evaluated the damage, replaced the water heater, adjusted it to code (which is typically not covered by home warranty). It was not inexpensive but we would have paid twice without the warranty.
Bryan is a hard working, No BS guy. He did a clean job and waited till everything worked. He is very talented and would work with him again. He is an asset to his employer.

I used Harris in the past through the insurance company; they were reliable and as fast as the insurance company allowed.

Called to ask for a free estimate to replace a tankless water heater- as the website states and was quoted almost $300 to provide said free estimate.

Needles yo say they lost my business, disapointing.

Harris Water Heaters, a family-run business, provided us with outstanding service in many ways.

Office person Lorin Harris responded within minutes to the message requesting a new water heater, and she set up an appointment at the day and time we wanted.

Brian, the installer, arrived right on time. He was friendly, courteous, competent and efficient. He got the job done promptly, including removal, installation, and clean up. He answered all of our questions and explained the permit approval process required by the City of San Francisco.

When the city's inspector checked the work some time later, he informed us that the installation had one thing not done to specs and needed a correction before the permit could be approved. When we relayed this information to Bryan Harris, the manager at Harris Water Heaters, Bryan took charge of the issue immediately. He checked the manual and verified that in fact the installation was done properly by-the-book; Lorin promptly contacted the city inspector and provided proof; and in less than two hours on the very same day, the city inspector acknowledged his error and signed off on the permit, agreeing that the installation was in fact done exactly as it was supposed to be done. Bryan's and Lorin's prompt intervention saved us a lot of hassle.


Thanks Lorin for your prompt service. Thanks installer Brian for doing a great job. Thanks manager Bryan for your help and for managing such a fine company. We are grateful to all of you!

Jake was fantastic, in less than 24 hrs our issue is resolved. I especially appreciated Jake taking the time and talking me thru the steps to determine the problem, what the parts do, how they interact and keep us safe! Much appreciated Harris and Jake! Thanks!
