Kieanta Rice was the Service Tech who came to perform my annual maintenance. He was very thorough & showed me numerous before & after photos to explain my furnace & what was done. No other tech has provided so much info. He is a very personable & well-mannered young man who is an asset to your company. Give him a raise!

I have been an appreciative and satisfied customer of Hassler Heating since 2017. The integrity and quality of their work are consistently demonstrated throughout every aspect of the company's operations -- from the admin & sales staff to the technicians that come to your home and do the actual work. I have purchased a maintenance contract with Hassler over the years to service my HVAC system (heat & AC). A technician visits my home twice yearly: in the fall (heating) and the spring (AC). It's a service I can count on and trust, where the entire central heat or AC systems are inspected and tested, the ducts, the furnace, the AC unit, the vents, up in the attic, as well as outside.

While all of the technicians that have serviced my home over the years have been good, one technician, Kieanta Rice, whose work, expertise, thoroughness, courtesy, and professionalism stands above the rest. As others on this thread have described, Kieanta, went above and beyond the usual protocols. He is extremely organized in his approach and performs each function of testing and maintenance methodically with great care and attention. It's very obvious how passionate he is about providing the best service with the greatest details of explanations and instructions. He provided photos and video of the work he had just completed and when asked a question, he happily answered in laymen's terms what the function of each part of the equipment in question. I never knew half of the information that Kieanta provided. He gave an overview of my current air/heat systems and how each component was functioning. Not only did it give me peace of mind to know that all systems are in good working order, but he was generous in educating me on the importance of good maintenance and care of the HVAC system that is robust and reliable for decades to come. Thank you Kieanta!!

NOTE to Hassler Heating. I was so impressed with Kieanta and thought I'd pass this on to the management that he is an invaluable asset to your company. I can imagine him mentoring new trainees, who would receive passionate and detailed instruction for all of his years of expertise and service. He loves this work!!

Kieanta came on time and did a great job with my furnace and air conditioner annual maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and passionate in his work. Took the time to explain every detail of the work he performed without cutting corners. Kieanta showed me pictures and videos of my furnace and air conditioner operating without any issues. He did a great job with his thorough inspection and tests he performed. Learned a few do's and don'ts from him to help extend my furnace and A/C's longevity.

Will definitely use them again to ensure my HVAC units are in tip-top shape each year. Highly recommended!

I reached out on a hot summer nite when my AC wasn't working and they showed up next morning. Steve did a great job and was reasonably priced.

LaVaugn Bobo, Jr. was the technician who serviced both of our heaters today. He was wonderful to work with in every way. He was professional, personal, & explained everything to me. The office personal at Hassler were also very professional & personal. I give my highest recommendation to Hassler Heating!

I have been with Hassler Heating for 8 years plus. Every year i get my service done. This year Kieanta Rice came, he is a senior technician with the company for only three months. His service was superb, and more than superb - i can't even rave enough about him!

Kieanta was thorough and kind, and explained to me everything. And then at the end he gave me a mini lesson about my heating system and furnace. How it works, why it is performing well, its security features etc. He showed me photos he had taken while servicing and cleaning it, and a video, including several good tips. I learned so much. And i was totally stunning to see somebody so knowledgeable and with such a high skill of educating the customer. I felt incredibly lucky and joyous: somebody who loves his job, is fantastically good at it, AND knows how to relate, communicate, and in this way bring meaning and joy to the WORLD. We need it, we need many more Kieantas, and i hope he gets to teach other younger upcoming technicians, and be treated very well by the Hassler company. What an asset for the company he is.

So pleased with Hassler! I'm a tenant and my AC went out in our heat spell! Thry were able to come the next day! Lyes was my technician. He was courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and fixed the problem! I very impressed!

Hassler installed my heating and air conditioning several years ago and has maintained and serviced it regularly. I remain very satisfied with them and their excellent technicians. Kieanta Rice was very thorough and reviewed all of his findings with detailed photos. I appreciated the extra effort! I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Hassler has done the yearly maintenance on the HVAC in our home since they installed it many years ago. Last week the tech came for the yearly check up...and let me tell you Kieanta is the man! He was thorough, knowledgeable, patient with explaining things to us and respectful of our home and us.
