Hauling 911

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Arty and his team at Hauling 911 Inc. for a hauling job at my home, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.

Just can't give enough positive credit to Arty and his operation. Top notch on all levels. In fact, I was so impressed that I am writing this review as they're still finishing up the job at my house. But from start to (almost) finish, the experience has been exceptional.

I had called another service that had a higher number of five star reviews prior to calling Arty and left them a message. Arty on the other hand had a system in place where it connected my call to him directly. He came by on the same day and gave an estimate which was more than reasonable. Additionally, he is technically up to date so his system informs you via text and email as to when they will arrive, etc. ahead of time which I really appreciated.

Arty and his crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time and have been incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They are handling everything with care and efficiency, ensuring that all of my items are transported safely and without any damage. The team is well-organized, courteous, and goes above and beyond to make sure that all of my needs are met.

What stood out to me the most was their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. Arty took the time to understand exactly what I needed and provided solutions that were both practical and cost-effective. The entire process is seamless, and they look to be completing the job in a timely manner without compromising on quality.

I highly recommend Hauling 911 Inc. to anyone in need of hauling services. Arty and his team are true professionals who take pride in their work, and it shows. Thank you, Arty, for making what could have been a stressful task an absolute breeze!

Oh and one more thing. The first guys that I had left a message for have still not called me back! Too bad for them...

Hauling 911 was great for my mattress removal. Great communication and availability - and the pickup was quick and seamless. Highly recommend.

Arty and his team are amazing, these guys are efficient to say the least. I found them on Yelp and saw all the great reviews and here's what I liked most:
- Quick response time
- Locally owned in Fairfax
- As Green as possible - they will try to donate what they can, then try to recycle as much as they can, and then finally the dump for things that can't be donated or recycled. Will also pick up hazardous waste for you too.
- Pricing is competitive

I really only got one other quote, but we had a ton of crap and it was cheap in my book, more importantly Arty responded to my quote request on Yelp in a couple of hours, and then when I called a couple days later (the delay was on my part) he let me know that he was actually going to be doing a job in San Rafael and could swing by at 3:30-4:30pm range.

His team arrived at 3:30pm on the dot, quickly got everything in the truck and he was clear about a couple of items that he said he probably could not donate, but suggested he could recycle or post it for free on Nextdoor and Craiglist and may get some takers. Either way, he said he'd take the extra item at no charge.

Hopefully we don't accrue a ton of junk again, but if we do, I'll be coming right back to Arty and Hauling 911.

Carlos and Marcos were very nice and worked very quickly and efficiently. I know they are employees and I admire their work, but I was charged the same amount for throwing a table, 9 chairs and one chest of drawers plus already bagged up items and empty boxes into the back of a truck as I was for a 5 hour meticulous move of all my furniture and boxes into my new apartment. I'm a bit skeptical about their actually donating and re-cycling - I had good items, like a good Nespresso coffee machine, designer shoes, etc., but it was all tossed into the open truck like something to be dumped.
So, although the workers were delightful, I do not recommend the company.

My recent experience with Hauling 911 exceeded my expectations. From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the completion of the job, their professionalism & efficiency were remarkable. Arty took the time to answer my questions & even sent a text when en route which I really appreciated. The cost was reasonable & I'm very pleased with the service provided. Highly recommend!

Responsive, punctual and very organized with communication methods. Emailed a picture and was given a quote and met my "ASAP" requirements. Team showed up and had the job done where I was able to walk away not worrying anymore.

Hauling 911 is great! They showed up right on time and we're super efficient, and even better we're super friendly. Definitely would use again!

Second time using them. Excellent costumer service and very responsive. I had a last minute cancellation from another company but Arty was able to come by with such a short notice and haul away all my big packaging boxes. Highly recommend!

Artie at Hauling 911 is terrific. He is responsive, organized, efficient and punctual. He works with nonprofit to donate items that still have a useful life, minimizing what ends up in the dump. He charges reasonable rates and is a pleasure to work with.
