I am the chairperson for the New Pool Furniture committee of our HOA. Our committee visited several showrooms to look at furniture and get quotes to present to our HOA board to replace 20+ year old furniture.

We were lucky to find Jesus at Hauer's Patio who was so helpful, patient with our (sometimes conflicting) committee, well informed, and able to point out the pro's and con's for our commercial application.

The pricing was more competitive than any other showrooms we visited, and the follow-up and customer support has been amazing! It is nice to have a company and person like Jesus that calls YOU to keep you informed about the progress of the order and delivery dates.

Replaced my Tropitone slings.

We came to Hauser's Patio to get some swivel/rocker chairs fitted with new slings. We had done this work ourselves in the past, but it is very hard work, and easy to damage the chairs. I chose and bought slings from a different supplier online, but Hauser's were very happy to work with these.

The first thing that I loved was the pricing. Pickup and delivery of 6 chairs for only $95. Then fitting the slings was $60 per chair. When we did the work ourselves, it took at least 3 hours per chair for 2 people (unskilled, but with the right tools - stretcher bar etc) working on it. So, $60 per chair seemed very fair.

Jesus and Nathan came to pick up the chairs. They wanted to come earlier than our original appointment, but they were very good about communicating and working with our schedule. They were very careful, friendly and respectful of our property. They were also very helpful in making suggestions for any future repairs that we may need. They got work on the chairs as soon as they got back to their workshop.

I called Hauser's a couple of days after the pick up, to check on my understanding of the pricing. I was greeted by a very friendly voice (Jeremy) and given confirmation of the pricing, plus an update on the progress. Nathan was working on our project, and was almost done. I was amazed! It turns out that the friendly voice belongs to the owner - not often that the owner answers the phone in a business like this. Kudos to him.

A day or so later, our chairs were returned to us. Pricing was exactly as quoted, with a few extras for replacement of broken plastic parts. Excellent service. The chairs will probably need recoating in the near future and the delivery guys were able to give us a very rough estimate of how much that would cost for aluminum powder coating. Really good service all around, and we are very happy with Hauser's and will use them again in the future

Great patio store with top notch everything, including products, service and delivery. Bought an American Frye firepit last week. Came in with a picture of what I wanted and they had it in stock! It was delivered and set up on a second level patio that same week. Thank you Jesus and Nathan...appreciate the great job you did!

We recently purchased a new firebowl (American Fyre) and 2 outdoor heaters (Infratech) from Hauser's. The customer care was fantastic - Jesus helped us throughout the ordering process, kept us apprised of the delivery details and even delivered the heaters and firebowl personally, taking the extra time and care to make sure the firebowl was set up properly. We had our electrician install the heaters (240V). The heaters are perfect for our outdoor spaces (rooftop deck and a second over patio table), giving a cozy warm glow on chilly winter nights. For the firebowl, we used our previous lava rocks and added some blue fire glass - beautiful together! We're very happy we made our purchase at Hauser's patio, we felt very well taken care of. Thank you Jesus and team!

I feel the warmth of old fashioned treatment by caring staff and owners. This was a welcoming and happy experience finding the right budget pieces. I love the style, lay out, decor and service offered by Jonathan, Jesus, Mom and Dad also. Even their Athena dog was gracious. Can't wait for delivery next week.

Delightful shopping experience thanks to Desiree who kindly helped my husband and I find a new fire pit for our backyard. Great customer service and furniture selection. Impressed by the variety of glass media options offered, we can't wait to get this delivered!

I've been in search of a high quality propane fire pit for my backyard for a few months and came across Hauser's after a google search and boy, was I lucky! I had visited a few other fire pit retailers around San Diego County and they either didn't have a good selection of nice fire pits or the fire pits they sold that I liked were back ordered for 6-8+ months. I reached out to Hauser's and Their amazing associate, Jesus, promptly responded and let me know that they did in fact have the fire pit I had my eye set on (the Louvre fire pit from American Fyre Designs) and in the color that I really wanted! They even price-matched the price I was given by another company for the same pit but in another color (because they didn't have the color I wanted). Jesus answered all of my questions regarding the fire pit and ensured that my fire pit was delivered within a week of me ordering. He even went above and beyond and stopped by our home to demo the fire pit and provide us with choices for fire glass and lava granules so that I could see them in person before purchasing. All in all, I would highly recommend Hauser's (and Jesus in particular) to anyone looking for a fire pit or any outdoor furniture/fireplace. They are very professional and responsive!

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thank you Jesus and Nathan! Jesus is extremely knowledgeable with Hauser's Patio products and made it easy to make a quick decision to buy a Frankford cantilever umbrella and stand. There were 3 customers in the store at the same time and he was VERY GOOD about acknowledging and helping everyone. We also bought a lounger that we love!

It seems rare these days to find good service so we really appreciate it. Jesus is a genuine and friendly sales person and we can tell he enjoys his job.
