Man all I can say is the man KEN is a class act super honest efficient and fast he saved me 3 thousands dollars Nissan was trying to bust me over the head but ken took care of me and I really appreciate that I just sent my brother there and he said the same thing I said about Ken!!!

My A/C in my truck stopped blowing cold air and I looked on Yelp for a recommendation and found Hayward Auto Care that was just down the road from where I live, they were Very friendly and straight forward and completed my repairs fast and efficiently. I will return with future repairs.

I have been waiting for 6 his and the technician never came he said at 2:30pm he would call me back never did I am stuck on the side of the road I would never call them for car repair ever

I've brought my car here to HAC a few times now. Each time for a different issue: engine running rough, coolant leak, and water pump replacement. Ken always explains exactly what needs to be done and why. The work is always done quickly, efficiently, and for a super fair price. Thank you Ken and team for always taking care of me and my little engine!

Ken and his team are amazing! I love how personable they are. I called on a Sunday afternoon and Ken told me to come by and he checked my car out right away. Ken and his team figured out what's wrong with my car and gave me to option to leave it there overnight or bring it back another day since it wasn't super major.

I brought my car back the following Sunday and they serviced my car as requested in a super timely manner.

I will be coming back to Hayward Auto Care for all my auto needs. They made me feel right at home and did not try to sell me on extra services that I didn't need. I am so glad I found them! Where else are you going to find an auto shop open on Sundays!?

Needed a smog check. They were courteous and quick. The owners son gave me the internet coupon discount even though I forgot to show it. Will definitely come back here.

1st time visitor to this place. They did a fabulous job replacing my water pump on my 2008 Honda CR-V.

Charging 70 dollars for a simple tire repair and 40 dollars for a tire change? Absolutely outrageous. I've never heard of any shop in the area charging this much. Their services are overpriced. It's a complete rip-off, and they don't seem to value their customers at all. Honestly, even if all the other shops were closed, I wouldn't consider coming here. It's just not worth the frustration and the feeling of being taken advantage of. They're overpriced, and clearly don't appreciate the business.

I was referred to Ken by my friends. Ken and his wife are very friendly and professional. I had work on my rear brakes and my car feels a lot better and safer on the road. He suggests I return again for front brakes in a few months. I appreciate him checking and letting me know ahead of time.

I needed to get my starter replaced. When I showed up, i signed a form, dropped off my keys in just a few minutes. Went home, waited for a call back the same day came back, paid and left. The service was easy and Ken was very nice (he speaks fluent English and Vietnamese as well). Highly recommend this shop. I will be going back for any future auto work needed.
