Hayward Car Wash

This car wash is amazing. So we have a huge 2018 Jeep, but because of our 2 huge dogs that shed like crazy, it looks completely filthy on the inside. We're talking drool, hair, dirt, mud, and scratches. When we arrived at the Hayward Car Wash they were quick to checkout the car and recommend a package that suited our needs. I chose the $350 package because it came with a complete interior deep clean and a total car wash with wax on the outside.

Once I paid for it, I asked how long it would take, and the guy said 4-5 hours. He told me it was because they wanted to do a good job so we could get our moneys worth. I didn't think I had enough time that day, so I asked if I could bring it in the next day, and they said totally! It was so great that they could accommodate to our needs.

The next day when we dropped off the car and went to do our errands, they called us and let us know that it was complete. We drove to the car wash and saw how great of a job they did. The car looked BRAND NEW. I know this because we bought this car brand new, and even when we bought it off the lot at the dealership, it didn't look this clean. I mean everything was gone, the claw scratches, the drool, the hair, the dirt, even the smell! It no longer smells like dog. It smells amazing! We were so happy with how it came out.

Now yes, $350 is $350.... but it was SO worth it. I mean they took attention to detail, and nailed this. We recommend this car wash to anyone who wants a good service. If I could put 10 stars I would. Thank you Hayward Car Wash!

This place is excellent. I don't live in the area anymore but there was a car wash right by this one that I used to go to pre-Covid. I don't know is this one remodeled and became Hayward Car Wash or if the other one just closed down, but either way, I'm glad I made the trip to this location. All the staff I spoke with was friendly and my car was so clean afterwards! I feel embarrassed because it was quite dirty. I have a toddler who drops crumbs and sand everywhere. Because it was quite messy, I opted for the $70 service. My car is now crumbling-free, sparkling, the interior has been wiped down so nicely (no more dust!). The only thing is that don't carry cash... and I rarely pull out money. I couldn't even remember my ATM card passwords. I tried to see if they could take Venmo or other forms for tip but they don't. Even still, they were really nice about it and understanding. (So anyone reading this, please bring cash for tip!) I'm so used to the tip screen after paying with card these days. Next time I will be sure to tip double and leave another review.

Anyway thank you so much for the excellent service. It was worth every penny!

First and last time customer. There is nothing they did for a $50 that I couldn't have done myself for less than half that cost at Quick Quack. I will now have to take my car home and finish the job which is what I wanted to avoid entirely.

This place I have driven past this car wash for years but never had the chance to try it out until recently.

I typically wash and clean out my car on my own but being pregnant and 9 months along this was going to be an exhausting task for me.

My husband and I wanted to get our cars cleaned and ready for the baby and car seat installation.

I know this car wash is membership based but I looked up the prices on their website and they do offer one time service costs as well.

My husband and I both got the express detail which cost $70 before tip.

And it includes inside and outside cleaning and washing.

I know this place always gets busy so we literally went first thing in the morning as it was opening at 8:00 on the weekend, Sunday. And it was still busy, there was still people driving through.

I think the wait time wasn't too bad actually maybe 20-30 minutes at most for our service.

I had tipped my two guys to clean my car maybe like 6 or 7 bucks each.

The job was pretty good maybe they had missed a tiny section in my cup holder which can be easily missed bc you have to lift to get underneath it but that's about it. My husband and I were overall pretty satisfied with the service and the speediness and the price and value of getting our cars Express detailed here.

I tried out this car wash for the first time, I'm not usually in the area and i was visiting my daughter and my car needed a good wash. They did a great job on my car. It took a while for the wait and looking after it was done I did not mind at all they did a phenomenal job. Some car wash I've been to it's usually fairly quick and the job is not in par. If I'm in the area again, I will definitely be back! Thank you to the hard-working employees there I appreciate you.

$15 for basic wash. There's an attendant who helps you with your payment when you drive in. There's no high mirror to help you drive your car onto the automatic rail. But there's a staff to direct you. After the wash, you park your car where the staff are drying cars. The staff takes their time to dry your car with an electric blower and towel. I decided to tip $5 since they did more than Neo car wash. But Neo Carwash is cheaper for $12ish.

Love this car wash! They do an amazing job here. Great price! I spoke to Pablo on the phone and he told me to walk in for my wash and detailing and he will give me a quote. I walked in and there was no wait. They are extremely fast here. Everyone here is extremely friendly, helpful and hard working! Hight recommend this spot :)

Got a door dash and console service yesterday and noticed today that my roof and hood has bunch of streak scratches prior getting a car wash in this location. For $70 dollars i was hoping for my car to look newer and not damaged. Very disappointed to go to a car wash hoping to have your car clean and look newer. Instead of a newer look this is what i got. IF YOU GOT YOUR CAR WASH ON 26th double check your roof,,

WARNING !!!! do not spend your money here. These people will try to get over on you. I paid for a full detail. Today is June 23, 2024. I purchased the detail at 9:30 this morning and made an appointment to come back at 3 PM today. I need help getting her at four. And it was nothing but shenanigans as I paid attention to exactly what they were doing. They were doing nothing that was on the list of cleaning task that I paid for.. the manager had a nerve to give me an attitude advised as to what was going on.

I am only giving 3 stars for customer service, but I am pissed tf off!!! Today is my birthday so I thought I'd get an express detail for $79. How this supposedly differs from the regular wash or pro wash is that you get "steam cleaning". That's a crock of shit! I thought by paying double all the areas in the car where you see dust or debris would be taken care of. Nope! You're better off paying $40 more dollars for the personalized auto detailing where they come to you with a more professional detail. Not only are you paying for customer service, you also get adequate service for what you paid for.

Please tell me, what exactly did you guys steam clean?? When the lady came back over after my complaint, she came with a wet towel like they do for the regular washes. Why is there still dust and lint on my dash and console!!! I'm so damn mad!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! O-M-G! How dare you!!

I usually come here to get a wash and I added the Dash + Door + Console to the Ultimate Wash. I waited for about 20 minutes and when they told me it was ready. I then proceeded to walk around my car and there were still some dirty marks on there i pointed it out and they were nice enough to clean it up i opened my back trunk and on the sides of it it was dirty still and again i asked them to clean it. They cleaned it up again. Its most likely they see cars everyday and its the samething so the probably dont noticed as much as we do. I noticed on my trunk there were some slightly dark marks that u can only see on the side i asked them about it and then i met with the check in Person "M" and he is soooo nice!!! I highly recommend him!! He told me that they said i needed a wax and said he will give me a deal but it was late already so he asked me to come back tomorrow at 10am which i did. Came back this morning at AM and this other person quoted me a higher price then what "M" said. I was like nooo way "M" gave me lower. that was somewhat frustrating i had to reexplain what happened last night and he told me to wait for "M" till 11am! I am not gonna wait another hour for him to b there. and i was somewhat pissed so i was about to leave and i saw "M"!! Thank Goodness! Alex and Marsela did a good job too!! M was my hero today! lol
