Mike answered the phone and was here in 15 minutes. Two drains cleaned and cleared in less than an hour. Mike was great - professional, kind, and reasonable; I highly recommend him.

My neighbor and I had shower/toilet back-ups in our adjacent condo units. The nature of the back-up was such that it required "snaking" through the roof from the roof. Mike was thorough as he assessed the problem and determined the approach to it. He clearly explained the nature of the problem and the solution. He was efficient, timely and helpful in every way. The solution was effective and he provided excellent recommendations to avoid similar problems in the future. The overall service was outstanding and fairly priced.

Martin(?) did a great non-nonsense thorough job of assessing my plumbing issue and did a quick thorough snake of a slow-draining recalcitrant sink.

We needed someone to change the toilet valve and it was time-sensitive as a crew doing resotration work had to stop the work until the valve was fixed. Once Mike learned of the situation he came within 30 minutes. He replaced the valve quickly and left a brand new spare part for us. For plumbing work that is beyond his scope, he referred us to another very capable plumber.

Mike knows his work and solved my problems super fast!
I called with water hammering sounds, shower with water coming out in bursts and an outdoor leak. Mike called back within the hour even though I know his schedule is always full. He asked a few insightful questions and then addressed my concerns point for point politely and concisely.

Turns out first 2 issues only need monitoring. And what I thought was a serious leak was due to a spout from newly installed HVAC system. He described over the phone the spout exactly as it appeared without seeing it, so we both could determine it was actually pure water from released condensation.

Thank goodness Mike knew what it was. He listened to my concerns and provided diagnosis within 8mins. Great guy! He knows his work!

Very Honest. Called him about sewage overflow in front yard. Was told by another company it would cost $10,000 to repair and clean out pipe and camera etc.
Called Mike and he told me OVER THE PHONE based on the location of the pipe that city of Palo Alto should clean out for free...and they did it for free!! Mike could easily have charged me half price and I would have considered it a bargain at $5k.
I hope I never have any further plumbing issues but if I do I'm definitely calling Mike!!

Okay, I'd been hearing great things about this business from multiple sources for years, but as of yesterday, we got to see him in action--TWICE!

First we needed some problem solving, then an associate with even bigger problems needed the He Man to come to the rescue....and boy did he.

It both cases he was highly professional, competent, knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond.

Integrity and deep experience in his profession showed up to solve quite different problems in two cases on one day.

Now I know why he chose that name....super hero to the rescue!

Great response time, very reliable, fixed the issue right away and very knowledgeable. Will absolutely hire again for all plumbing issues!
