Looked at several stores for a plumbing valve. Walked into Heieck showed the gentleman (Howard) behind the counter the part. He immediately walked over to the shelf and handed the part to me. He was very professional and had a good work ethic.
I will definitely go back for my plumbing needs.

Staff was helpful but didnt have someone to review fixtures on a Saturday. Hard to believe considering they close at 5p during the week and close at noon on saturday. Tough to serve the non-contractor crowd.

Selection seems robust.

I was in dire need of a Undermount sink which I have not been able to locate I stopped in and even though they did not carry the sink I needed they pulled up a part number for me and direct me to the right place I was able to get my sink replaced this place is great customer service is amazing

Griselda is incredible. We had looked for the part to our 10+yr old Koehler bathroom faucet online for days. Sent G a pic and she had it in minutes and located the part.
Mike pointed us to an amazing plumber and today we have a working bathroom faucet that had been out for about 3 months.

Absolutely horrible experience when I came in Saturday morning. I was not greeted and walking into the store with no one inside of it when I finally tracked down one of the guys and he had no idea what I was looking for he said I would have to wait for the other guy. The other individual finally showed up and advised me he cannot do anything today because there's only two of them working and special orders cannot be ordered today because there's only two of them. These individuals need to be trained on customer service.

No customer service at all, the hispanic guy seemed like he didnt even want to be there at work, go home let someone that wants to work work someone that is willing to help customers

Our architect/designer made an appointment for us to visit the showroom.

I thought it would be prudent to call and ask about wheelchair accessibility.

I was told there are no ramps and the showrooms are upstairs and that there are no elevators.

I thought inaccessibility is illegal.

Regardless of the quality of the business and the products, it is a huge disappointment to learn I can't even get in!

So they can keep their products and i'll take my business elsewhere.

Web site says they are open until 5:00. I arrived on 2/5/20 at 4:53PM and the front gate was half closed. As I pulled into to lot a worker in the lot turned me away. Said sorry, computers automatically shut down in ten minutes. That's OK, General Plumbing stays open until 5:30 and had a much better staff and selection of products.
