Hella Clean Cars

I always wash my own car because of how careful I am about making sure I don't damage the paint, and how unfortunate I usually am when I take it to a normal car wash only to have them do a bad job because of how fast they're just trying to get cars in and out.

When I moved to San Ramon and into an apartment, I wasn't able to wash my car anymore so I had to find a place that I could trust and also where the price was fair. It seemed like there were only either big car wash companies where they don't care about your car, or very expensive detail only services.

Then I found Hella Clean Cars with their humble family-owned operation. At first, I was hesitant because they didn't have a ton of reviews and they do it at their house (THEY ALSO OFFER MOBILE SERVICES), but I gave them a shot because he had detailing experience and also offered normal car washes.

After meeting Dennis and Dylan for the first time and seeing how detailed they were when they were washing my car I was sold. They did such a good job and they washed my car exactly how I would have washed it. There was no visible dirt left anywhere and no leftover water spots. They have a detailing background so you know they know how to clean and take care of cars. I've gone back to him three times since, and the quality has stayed the same.

I'm extremely happy I found Hella Clean Cars because now I don't have to worry about making sure no one damages my car and they come at such a reasonable price that it doesn't make sense to go to a normal car wash anymore.

If you need a car wash I highly recommend giving Hella Clean Cars a shot. You won't be disappointed. I would advise making an appointment through their website.

Hella Clean Cars were ON POINT. I am selling my car and needed to get it deep cleaned and detailed.

I made an appointment for a Sunday morning at my house. He was able to squeeze me in the next business day with no issues. I decided for the inconvenience I would drop it off at their house which was a good idea they gave me a discount for going to them! I dropped off my car at 9:00 am and was able to pick it back up at 6:00 pm - same day service (Car was done in 2 hours but I had work).

Super quick and professional. Don't let their age fool you! They know what they're doing, they are REAL car enthusiasts.

The two guys that came out and did the work were fantastic! I requested no wax on my car and they listened and did not apply wax. I got the interior and exterior package and because I didn't request wax, they gave me a small discount. This shows that they care about their customers' satisfaction. My car is now shining like the day I bought it from the dealership. I really appreciate their hard work.

It was really easy to book an appointment with them through their website. After booking, I received a call from one of the brothers to confirm the appointment and to ask if I had any questions or concerns. That's when I told them I didn't want wax and they remembered!

Dylan did an amazing job detailing my car. The price is really good compared to other detailers of this quality. Scheduling was easy, i did it through their website. Their price online is exactly what they charge.

I'll start this by saying the outside of my truck was dirty AF, it was super hot when they came to clean it, and I hadn't washed it in over a year. I hit up Dennis to get it cleaned because I'm getting ready to sell it.

They showed up on time, and they come to you (which is awesome). They were very cool guys, wore masks when I was around them (Covid) and they did a pretty good job. However there were a few things I noticed after they left.

The inside of my car looked great... Except the windows didn't look like they were even touched. I had smudges from my dog on the back windows that were clearly still there. The windshield had smudges, too. Everything else was spot on.

The outside had quite a few spots that were completely missed. The roof was still dirty. There was dirt still on parts of my rims (although they're not in fantastic shape, it was still noticeable). I had giant spiderwebs in between the the bed and the body that were still pretty prominent. The fine details just seemed to be over looked.

I think part of the problem was I didn't inspect it very well before they left. I'm sure they would have fixed everything had I asked. But in paying $420 I thought everything would be covered.

Overall the job was pretty good, the guys were really nice, and the fact they come to your house is awesome. I just don't know if it was worth the high price tag.

Super fast response time. I was quoted $70 for an interior and exterior wash/clean. They were fast, welcoming and helpful! Definitely worth every penny. They offer a mobile detailing service so wherever you are as long as you have a water source they will come to you!

My husband came across this detailing service on yelp.. and we could not have have been happier.. We have a 12in lift truck sitting on 40inch tires! It's a pain to clean and JimmyAnd crew did a great job! If you are looking for a local and great car cleaning service I highly recommend him! We have 5 Vehicles we'll be definitely bringing them here!

Dennis and his crew showed up with all the equipment needed and did a speedy BUT wonderful job. My car is now shining, you can see all the pearls after they polished and waxed my car! Will use their service again for sure.

Do not hesitate to use Dennis, Jimmy, and Dylan for your detailing needs. I brought my truck to them after driving to Las Vegas back to Alameda. I had a ton of gunk, dead bugs, windshield washer all over the paint (from attempting to clean my windshield from bugs) and just a general dirtiness in the interior from being in the truck for 3-4 days straight. I also had dog hair in the interior and stains inside from, again, being in the vehicle for 3-4 days.

He accommodated my hours for my new work schedule and made arrangements to leave the car at my job (Needs power and water source). For just them to do that, I was very impressed with since its a full-size pickup truck, and they are willing to work on anything and do good at it.

The exterior shines like when I picked it up brand new at the dealer. My interior looks brand new too. The dog hair is non-existent inside now. Very pleased with the overall experience.

Pricing is very reasonable. I will not hesitate to come back occasionally to bring back the shine on my vehicle. Thanks, guys!

Like everyone else said, Dylan, Dennis, and Jimmy their work in detailing is the BOMB! No doubt hire them. They are super friendly and just three brothers doing what they love to do which is work on cars!

I contacted Dennis, and he was very responsive and ready, did such a GREAT GREAT job detailing my 2017 Honda Civic Type R, their prices are better than fair, They come to you and better yet they're super fast! On top of all that, they're all great people.

I wish I can say something they can work on but I can't! They did such a great job, for example, I have a thick plastic cover to my black floor carpets and he shampooed them! I didn't even ask them to do that! I also asked if they are able to debadge my badges and they did it so easily with no scratches! These three brothers take pride in what they do, and it shows.  

All brought out on a very manageable and efficient timing... while I was working...  Love you guys! Thanks for gaining my trust! Will be recommending you guys to all my friends and family!
