Great work, great attitude, great price. Efficient and honest. I'm a single woman with two young daughters, and I felt extremely comfortable having James in my home. He even offered to do a couple of things to improve the security of my doors that took him maybe a minute -- so he didn't really make any money from it, and just did it because he's a good guy. Will absolutely hire him again. Thank you, James!

James came in, and fixed a botched job by another handyman. He did great, used the materials we had, finished in less than a day, and was reasonably priced. He was polite, professional, and did great work. Highly recommend, we will definitely use him again.

I'm supposed to write this review months ago. I hired James in December last year during the remodel of bathroom and kitchen for my rental. His first day was very nice and we were very happy. Then after the second day, his demeanour and performance had changed. His hour didn't match our record but we paid him anyway. He did not clean up and left messy. In the end he took away some materials and tools that I had paid. When we pointed out, he promised he would drop off but never did. Overall a disappointing experience.

James is fantastic. Willing to take on all kinds of projects from deck cleaning and painting to installing new light fixtures. Does an outstanding job. Will definitely call on him in the future.

James responded quickly after my initial email. Unlike my experience from countless local service people, James arrived promptly, he was professional, courteous and skilled. His fees were very reasonable and he finished all my home repair and maintenance projects in the allotted time. I am impressed. In the past 5 years, I have had one bad experience after another with handyman and yard services people as well as companies who either do not show up, who promise to come for six months or more and don't follow through or grudgingly show up and then double the price .... or leave and don't finish the job.
