I messaged Jerson on Yelp and he responded right away. My iPad screen was broken. He quoted me a reasonable rate and offered to come fix it at my home. Was done with the repair in less than 1.5 hours. The screen resolution is like the original one. It works perfectly with my Apple Pencil too. Great service. Definitely recommend him.

Haven't done a review for a long long time. Have to say, Apple doesn't make it easy to do self-repair. Jerson took my already opened iPad (been sitting there for almost a year) and repaired it the next day. Thanks!!!

5/5 definitely recommend for all your electronics repair needs. Fast and friendly great customer service. Also great communication with constant updates. Definitely a legitimate business and worth spending your money. Prices were fairly no complaints at all. These guys will be my number one go to.

Very professional, on time and responsive. The price was reasonable and affordable. Jerson was quick and finished just little before 30 minutes. One thing I feel iffy about is the coloration of the screen; is more warm and dimmer compared to the original Apple screen.

Overall, I'm still pleased with the service and convenience of getting my phone fixed asap.

Jerson's really got it all when it comes to customer service, communication, and ease of repair.

First off, he comes to you and is flexible with his scheduling to make it work on your time.

He replaced an iPhone X screen for me and was transparent in explaining the differences between screens along with risks and insurance policies associated with each change.

My phone screen worked, but Face ID wasn't and he was immediately able to come back an hour later to work on the phone again to troubleshoot and fix it. I'd hit him up again if I needed a repair.

My son cracks his iPhone 11 screen literally the night before we were leaving to move him into college. The phone was 2 weeks new. Panicked, I went onto Yelp and found Helpmerepair.com. Most Apple stores are not open or require appointments too far out. Jerson was extremely responsive and his online scheduling system was easy to navigate. He arrived right on schedule and replaced my son's screen in 30 minutes flat from his car! So impressed. I would definitely call on him to fix any of our devices again but hopefully I won't have to.
