Here, Doggy!

If I could give "Here, Doggy" 12 STARS VERSES 5 i would. The owners and the entire staff are AMAZING!! They pour an abundance of love and care into your doggie, as well as US "the pet parents" :)

I have always felt very comfortable and secure with Timber being in the care of "Here, doggy" rather it be daycare or boarding (sleepover).

Point of reference - Timber has been with Planet Pooch/Here, Doggy for over 10 years - a home away from home.

My family and I highly recommend Here, Doggy! for your doggy daycare needs.

I have used heredoggy for daycare now for several years, and am now using heredoggy grooming and Bethina has been wonderful, we always chat before she grooms Apricot, and I always sends her a picture of what I want. She has been great with Apricot, and Apricot has a great relationship with her. I wish I knew about Bethina sooner. I love how she grooms my girl Apricot.

Here Doggy! is the best of the best and the only place we would trust with our dog. They are so warm and welcoming and greet our dog each morning by name. He is always excited and pulling to go in, and exhausted when he gets home from playing all day. Jess the owner, is always so communicative, and makes us feel so comfortable leaving him in their care. We feel so lucky to have found them!

The star of the show was Bethina (really hope I'm spelling her name correctly). We have a 4 mo. old pup, first time grooming. Bethina took her time & was kind enough to explain her process & rationale on her approach to puppies getting groomed first time, this is epitome of A1 customer service! When my daughter picked him he came back well groomed, happy & smelling fresh/clean. Bethina also gave us tips on how to get Simba used to teeth brushing & clippers, because obviously he is still scared... he's a puppy! She is def our permanent groomer

I have a 13 year old cocker spaniel who can be demanding and difficult to groom. Bettina (Here Doggy) helps Precious to feel safe and loved. She does the best grooming job I have ever had with any groomer. In addition, Bettina is also a kind loving person and a wonderful groomer. I have been coming to see Here Doggy for quite some time now and am very happy.

The groomer, Bethina is horrible. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG TO HER. She hurt my dog. I told her 5x before his first visit not to touch his anal glands, and she extracted them anyway without my consent and hurt my dog. I had to take him to the ER because he was so painful. I hope HereDoggy does the right thing and gets rid of her and gets a reputable groomer. My dog was prescribed 2 medications at the ER tonight, and I received the message below. I stand by review, and it saddens me to see such a lack of empathy from the owner. I am also concerned about how low their standards are. How many dogs does she have to hurt to the level of needing an ER visit before they take action? She did not make a mistake. She ignored my multiple requests. There is a BIG difference. I will be taking my business to a reputable groomer and hope Bethina doesn't do this again to any other dog.

But after seeing the tone of your reviews, and hearing of your hostile, unwarranted personal attacks on Bethina, you need to find another daycare.

We all love our dogs, but that was intolerable. There is no one who shares your opinion of her as "horrible," and I'm confident your review will be ignored.

She is a beloved, highly experienced and decorated groomer, and a wonderful person. Your treatment of her, for what was an honest, unfortunate mistake, offended the entire team, and we do not feel comfortable having you in our building.

I am way way overdue for a review. My dog has been coming to Here, Doggy for almost 3 years. Even though we've moved further away, we still come back here for our daycare and boarding needs.

We've heard about other doggy day cares from our friends and family and honestly, nothing seems to compare to the great experience here! My dog LOVES coming here and starts crying from excitement the moment we hit SSF. They have lots of room to run around, whether it be outdoors or indoors with beds and blankets, the entire time they're there. There's no "play time" that you have to pay extra for. Everyone is so sweet and they all know him by name. There's been a few times where they've noticed that he seemed unlike himself and/or tired/sick and I really appreciate that they noted that and let us know.

I also really appreciate all the thought they put into maintaining a good and safe environment for the dogs. They do a trial run to make sure each dog is a good fit. They're conscious about the number of dogs too to ensure that they're not overpacked and the staff are not overworked.

I will forever be recommending any pet owners to Here, Doggy!

Bethina took really good care of my Two fur babies. She did an amazing job. Communication was there at all times. We're definitely coming back.

Oh my gosh, Mauricio is an absolute artist and puppy whisperer! We found Mauricio through our new incredible dog trainer (also a puppy whisperer), Marwa. It was so easy to book with Mauricio - Cryss helped answer our first time puppy owner questions and was able to snag us an appt within the week and shared clear instructions on how to check in as it was going to be on a Sunday.

We instantly loved Mauricio, he listened, asked questions, he was so calm, so knowledgable, shared his much welcome advice and made efforts to bond with Maverick while we were talking. Fast forward 2 hours later and we were greeeted by Mauricio and the most fluffy, gorgeous and happy Maverick!! Mavs is a 17 week old australian labradoodle puppy - wiggly as all get out and does not like the shears! Mauricio left all the fluff as we requested and cut around his eyes/nose perfectly and his paws are the most perfectly groomed bear paws now!

We can't rave enough about Mauricio!! He did the most amazing grooming of Maverick - didn't cut too much, but just enough and we have the cuttest little teddy bear even 6 days later! We are so thrilled we found Mauricio and can't wait for our next visit!

Brought my baby dachshund here for grooming. She smells nice and clean. Nails are not really trimmed short. The place is clean and quiet.
Not sure how many staff they have but when I came to pick up my baby, there's no one in the counter. Its says text Mauricio (which I did) and still none. After 15-25 minutes of waiting, he showed up and said he was grooming a dog and can't leave him by himself which I understand. Just hope this does not happen all the time. Maybe I just got in at the wrong time.
