Hero Towing

Awesome towing service. Tow truck showed up in 15 minutes and took great care with my car. The gentlemen who helped me was very nice and professional. Highly recommended.

Angel was able to find me in a dark parking lot during bad rains when I got in to an accident. His flatbed truck was great for my Tesla, and the next day I was able to tell him where to take it for repair. He did these things without any trouble, and he arrived when he said, and dropped my car off when he estimated he would be there. He was able to take a CC payment over the phone.
I will be using Hero Towing again if I need help in the east bay.

This review is long overdue. Back in March I needed a car with a dead battery towed, stored for a couple of days and delivered to my new residence on short notice. Angel was quick to respond and was polite , professional and accommodating to all of my requests. If your looking to have someone transport your vehicle I highly recommend this company they also offer a affordable price for their services.

Angel was extremely professional and incredibly fast. He even sent photos to show that he picked up my car, and got it successfully to the destination. He is a great value and was able to provide the service needed (I have a special car that has a lower height - he assured me that he has a low rise flatbed. Success! Will definitely use Hero Towing again!

My Lexus needed a jump-start in Walnut Creek. The technician came in 15 mins as promised, was transparent about the cost, and unlikely other sketchy towing companies, didn't ask for my credit card info first. The technician was fast, efficient, and honest. Thank you!

I cannot say enough great things about this tow company. Angel showed up in less than 30 minutes when State Farm wanted to send somebody over 2 hours away. He was so courteous and professional. His price was more than fair. Needless to say I'll be storing his phone number in both mine and my wife's phone if we ever need a tow again.

Surprised by the high ratings. I called in for a quote had a flat in the area extremely unhelpful, the rep I spoke to ended up hanging up on me. Thought I share the experience to avoid others experiencing the same.

I needed a corvette towed out of the garage after bring off the road for 20 years. They did a great job greeting it out of a close space. Also inflated the tires.
They showed up on time and completed the job in time for me to get back to work at home.
