Quick & friendly customer service. I was greeted in a manner that made me feel welcome. I received a call when my car was ready which was quicker than I thought. The extra service was that he cleaned my dashboard, added a car freshener. I am so impressed with the service I received. I would highly recommend Hi Quality Glass service. They value their customers & treat them well. The price was just right for an amazing quality and service. Don't go anywhere else just go to Hi Quality! You will be glad you did!!!

Absolutely horrible - DO NOT GO HERE!

First they took forever to fix my car. They said it was going to take 3-4 hours so I waited the lobby. Ended up taking most of they day.

Then I take my car to Audi and they say the rain sensor was broken when they did the windshield replacement. It's an $1,100 repair!

They initially communicated about the issue. Then nothing. Had to spend $1,100 out of pocket to fix the issue. And now I'm trying to work with Safelite corporate to get paid back. What a mess!

Had my car window broken into this past weekend and started looking around Monday morning hi-quality offered the best price and was able to get me in same day. Owner is great does great work got my car done really fast would highly recommend!!

How the process went.
Service requested and quick response asked for VIN and car model. Then scheduled for next day appointment.

I waited in the lounge area they had a TV, and bathroom so it's comfortable. After an hour service was postponed for next day due to missing parts, the owner walked me through why the delay and what he's done.

Next day returned, whole process took 2hrs, the replacement windshield looked great. He even vacuumed the front car and wiped the mirrors of the car. Overall great service minus the delays, try it definitely.

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day and got my car back within a few hours. The customer service was amazing and service was great.

Engaged with this shop to repair my '92 SC300 broken passenger window regulator. Richard provided help to locate the correct part and when it arrived he completed the install. Very attentive and careful as the door panels are very fragile being a 30+ year old car.

Reasonable rates versus competitive bids from other sources (most of which I would not have trusted).

I wanted to get an estimate on repairing a few chips... but I got a brand new windshield! The value was amazing! The installation was super fast... the work was quality for sure! I would highly recommend to anyone needing auto glass.

Driving on the freeway is a huge headache, and with all the rocks kicking up from construction, it was inevitable that my new Rav4 got a chip in the windshield while on I-80 Mother's Day. After searching, calling my insurance company, and telephoning several businesses, I fortunately found the best company in the area that does repairs and replacements.
Richard answered my phone call personally, and also talked me through the steps of repair. Scheduled me the very next day and I am honestly telling you that this place of business is where you want to trust your vehicle when it gets a chip in the windshield! The place is clean (yes, even the garage floor was spotless), he offered me a cold water, and took care of the chip with care and expertise! Very reasonable (I did call around) and I still like to have a human voice to give me advice. I would HIGHLY recommend Hi-Quality Auto Glass and Richard for any windshield or vehicle glasswork you might need!
