Excellent service and helpful! Terry was receptive to my Project inquiry on Yelp and I was able to schedule a repair time that same week. I brought my car in at 8AM and it was finished by early afternoon which was convenient. My car is running smoothly now that it has a new serpentine brake and I'm able to drive it safely.

He also let me know my check engine light was on and very kindly helped me repair my windshield wiper that had fallen off. Definitely recommend visiting this place for your car repairs.

Excellent service! I wanted to buy a car from a used car dealer in Fremont, and so had to find a local mechanic to perform a pre-purchase inspection. High Street Automotive responded in less than an hour, offered the lowest price compared to all other responses, and I was able to make an appointment within 3 days.

They were a little behind on time due to a shipping delay that morning, but it was still complete only about 30-60 minutes later than anticipated. They were able to explain the results of their inspection, and discovered an unresolved recall even the dealer didn't know about. They were also able to warn me, from their decades of experience, a common issue the make of my car tends to experience sometime in the next 20k-50k miles!

I left feeling respected, informed, and well taken care of.

Excellent repair shop. Good owner. I took my car into a Honda dealer and they tried to charge me between $1200 and $1800 for a routine maintenance.

Great service! Got my brakes done after making an appointment 2 days prior. Hung around while the work was done. Front and back took about 2.5 hrs. Pricing was also more than reasonable. Be sure to make an appointment, this place is busy.

Terry, the owner of High Street Automotive responded to my request to drain/evacuate my AC refrigerant R134A from my vehicle with an honest offer and he scheduled my appointment that same day. Terry is a down to earth person who knows who knows his craft very well. He values honesty and his quality work speaks for itself. I'm satisfied and content that I brought my car to his shop. I am also glad I met him. I highly commend and recommend him to anyone who has issues or needs maintenance on their vehicle.

I scheduled a 830 am oil change and in my past experiences, the shop always wanted me to come back in a couple of hours even though there's a scheduled appt.

Not with this shop! My car was worked on, the time scheduled. I was out of there in less than 30 mins! Terry was great, awesome customer service. While, I was sitting on the couch, he was interacting with other customers and auto supply shops on the phone. He was honest and very thorough, explaining everything in detail. It's great to find a auto shop, customers can trust.

The willingness to inspect the vehicle and install brakes and rotors front and rear all while we waited, and we arrived after 1pm and they stayed past closing to complete the job, was phenomenal.
