Unless you are without financial concerns and can freely spend without concerns, steer clear of the service department. This is the second time I've had my 2018 van serviced here. It took 2 weeks to get an appointment. This time, my window regulator was broken, electric door lock inoperable . Safelight recommended I take it to the dealer for repairs. I also asked that the brakes be checked. Service adviser was great in keeping me updated on cost of repairs. The price quoted for the window repair was 1024.00 and door lock over 1000. Front and back brakes over 3000.00. I told him only window and I would wait on the rest.
When I picked up my van, the bill was almost 2000.00 for the window. The labor cost for checking the door lock of the same door that was already taken off to replace the window regulator was almost 300.00 and to check the brakes almost 300.00. After speaking with service advisor regarding the outrageous labor that was not disclosed, he did deduct some labor cost to cut the bill to 1480.00.
I would say price transparency upfront and at time of repair authorization is honest customer service and this place lacks that integrity.

Talked to Greg over the phone to inquire about inventory, Greg was great.
He passed my number off to "Meeko" this parasite has contacted me 3 times in less than 20 hours from talking to Greg, I never asked to be put into contact with a desperate salesman that obviously has no leads going for him. Now, out of principle, I'm not going to visit the dealership, and it's too bad because I wanted to meet Greg.

I owe a huge thanks to Les & Rinaldo in the service department. They saved me a lot of headache and expenses recently. The original battery on the key fob that came with my Chrysler 300C was needed to be replaced. I bought the correct battery and replaced it according to directions. It was not working properly. Car would start but alarm would go off every time I got in the car and if the alarm went off while parked, I wouldn't be able to turn off with key fob. It was a mess.

This was on a Saturday and every CJDR dealership in the Bay Area said wait till Monday to make an appointment. Some were saying I needed to spend over $600 for a new key fob. I brought my car to this service department. They were able to fix the problem right on the spot. To my embarrassment, the battery was installed upside down. I thought I had already checked for that but I guess not. Glad I was able to talk to these mechanics directly an get the issue sorted out. Otherwise, this would have really messed up my weekend and pay more unnecessary expenses.

I'll certainly come back for service if/when needed.

I drove in to Hilltop Jeep on a Saturday afternoon as they were closing without an appointment asking if they could help me with a tire that was losing air. They easily could have sent me on my way. Instead Ray Gagnon swooped in and took my car - removed a nail, fixed the tire, checked for leaks and inflated the tire while I waited in their comfy waiting room. Knights on white horses show up in different ways and Ray saved me on Saturday. Thank you!!!!

We had the most amazing car buying experience at Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Excellent inventory and they happened to have exactly what my daughter was looking for. We felt immediately comfortable with our sales person, Dino. Negotiations went smoothly and we were made to feel like valued clients. Dino, what a gem! Trustworthy, friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The entire team, including finance treated us with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle at Hilltop from Dino. We had an excellent buying experience. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give.

This place is THE WORST. We brought our truck in for regular maintenance check and some repairs. Paid over 2K. Left and discovered they had damaged the top racks. No one said ANYTHING and then denied that it happened until the cameras were checked. Gus was dismissive and condescending and non- responsive until a third trip to the shop. We were told by Gus we would receive a check for the amount of the damages. The service manager implied we were trying to get a pay day and we would not get a check but they would pay for repairs. The assumption was disrespectful but we agreed to have them pay for the repairs. Now.....over 6 weeks later they have only paid for a partial repair. AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS. Especially dealing with Gus!
And, it appears they only message and respond to positive reviews. Poor business practices all around.

The service I get here is EXCELLENT .  My amazing service person is GUS BATRAKAT.  He is always wonderful.  I don't know how he juggles all the phone calls, clients, problems we customers bring in.  He is  personable, cheerful, efficient, effective and funny. He never gets stressed out despite all the demands on him.  This time my 5 yr old Charger's engine wires  got eaten by rats.  There  was also a strike and backorder on parts.  And I was going through my USAA auto insurance for the $6,000 estimate.  USAA dropped the ball three times  getting an  adjuster out delaying the work on my car and gave us an email address of an adjuster who had left the department and didn't forward the emails Gus sent.  Gus spent about 10 hours  of calls to help me to get the work approved since an adjuster  never came out  despite being told twice one would come look at the extensive damage.  I Gus spent a lot of frustrating time on hold and trying to get to someone on my behalf.  It took almost a month due to USAA's endless mistakes.  Gus never got irritated despite trying to juggle being on hold for my claim while at the same time juggling other calls and  other clients.  He kept me updated on the work. He is amazing. After I got my car back he showed me how to avoid rats by putting bounce sheets and little rat deflectors in my car.  He showed me where to place these so I don't damage the engine. 
 I love this dealership because of him and the amazing service.  Last year my headlight went out and there  weren't parts.  He had the guys rewire and fix the wiring.  I live in Marin and if I drove without a headlight I would be pulled over.  I can't say enough about him.   He is an employee you don't want to lose.  The dealership is clean and everyone is great, friendly and all seem to like working there. My car always comes back clean and happy.  I live in Marin and don't have a dealership in my immediate area.  San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Richmond are my choices.  Hilltop will always be my dealership as long as Gus Batrakat is there.  He's a joy to work with.

My experience was great! My concerns were listened to and met. Everyone was very thorough. While I was going through paper work, some of the other salesmen kept my 7yro niece occupied and even offered popsicle and snacks to the customers
Mr.Pena went over everything on the vehicle and how to work it and sync it and use the app. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend going to Hilltop jeep, Chrysler, Dodge for your purchase. Ask for Joe or Jason, you can't go wrong.​
