    • Q:

If you have a room with no view, is there access to anywhere else in the hotel to have a view?

      A:

I don't think so. You can ask to move your room to face the Coit Tower. If the hotel is not full, they should be able to accommodate at no charge.

      Great stay.
Was impressed with their white noise machine! ( I need it to sleep)
Room was good for the size and it seemed to have the essentials.
The ice machines were broken on the 7th, 8th and 9th floor during our stay.
Called to make notice of it to which they suggested to go to other floor to find ice ?? I think that could have been handled better.
We did use the concierge during our stay so that made up for the ice experience.
They have a beautiful Lounge area and bar with a cloud room( networking/productivity)
You can tell Hilton is really out there revamping what they were and becoming a trendy spot.
If you sign up for their hiltons rewards program they offer you additional perks i.e late check out.. just so that you are aware if you need it.

The Hilton San Francisco in the Financial District is a simple hotel under the well known hospitality brand. As such, it serves its purpose to provide clean rooms, with basic amenities and superior bedding to give you a wonderful nights sleep. There is no room service. No concierge. No fancy lobby. No multiple restaurants. Instead, just the 750 Bar and Lounge, with a limited food and drink menu. Certain common spaces have elegant Chinese decor.

Good luck calling the front desk from your room. I tried 5 times, was on hold every time, and then they disconnected me. Luckily, there are some good dining options close to the hotel and within walking distance. In this department, I must complement the front desk for providing me with two stellar recommendations. I will be reviewing both my dinner (House of Nanking) and breakfast (Brioche Bakery) destinations on this platform, under their respective web pages.

Fresh off my 3 night stay and I am happy with my experience at this hotel. We arrived on Friday evening and check in was smooth. There was no one in line so I was helped out right away. The front desk lady was very friendly.

I was given my room keys, a map of the surrounding area, and two complimentary water bottles for being a Diamond member. The lobby area is pretty spacious, clean, and there is plenty of seating. We went up to the 12th floor and our room was right off the elevator.

We got two queen sized beds so the room was very spacious. There was a big counter that went all along the window and it was very useful as we could place all our stuff on top. The bathroom was clean, stocked, and the beds were comfy. The lighting could've been a lot better as it was still dark in the room even with all the lights on.

Housekeeping came around once (Saturday) and they made our beds, gave us clean towels, and took out our trash.

We used our food credit one day out of the three for breakfast at the market and the worker was very friendly. The sandwiches were very basic, microwaved, and not the best but it was whatever since we actually didn't pay for them...

The cloud room was pretty cool as it has one big screen and seating all around it and the news was playing while we ate our sandwiches. This is located in the lobby area.

The area where the hotel is located felt pretty safe and we were in walking distance from a lot of places. I had a wonderful stay and no complaints. I would stay here again.

It a functional place to stay and nothing more.
Breakfast of pancakes was one star.
The menu mentions Maple syrup that is not even given in the extortion that is charged for bad pancakes. Breakfast syrup is what you are served. Save yourself the disappointment. Get to a place like Sisterita's a meer two short blocks away and get what you pay for.

If you're looking for a nice place to stay in the Financial District, this should definitely be on your list. My friend ended up getting a room with an amazing view of Coit Tower. Additionally, this hotel has a great location; it's located near the Embarcadero, Exploratorium, Ferry Building, and various stores and eateries.

The restaurant was decent. The mixed drinks were solid, but the food did not meet expectations given how pricey it was.

      Overall:
This is a solid hotel with a great view and location!

Being Hilton Honors members, we enjoy quick stays here. The location is perfect for walking areas of this fabulous City on the Bay. Chinatown, North Beach and of course the Financial District.

I agree that it is safer and cleaner here than downtown. You don't see folks doing drugs around here and can find some places to eat and drink past 6pm.

We have never had a problem with our room. Always clean and comfortable. Bummer to hear about the car break-ins. Be street smart and don't leave anything, absolutely anything, in your car.

Check in was easy and we got a credit for breakfast which brings me to my first impression on the condiments. Fill the ketchup bottle and clean it. Every table we looked at, the bottle was less than full. The wait staff is fine but it's the attention to details that elevate the service in my opinion.

Hubby and I split an eggs Benedict and he ordered a blueberry muffin for later.

The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise sauce had just the right amount of tang. The home fries are red potatoes with bell peppers and yellow onions. They are cooked perfectly and flavorful. I like mine more crispy is all.

For seating, there are high tops, regular tables and a communal table. All clean and in good condition.

Our room is on the 24th floor with a Bay view. Love it, even when the fog rolls in. The floor looks to be newly refreshed because the hall carpet looks nice and the hallway walls aren't messed up from carts, etc. And, we have a mini fridge in the room.

I recommend this location as a nice place to stay.

      Overall a fine breakfast.

Discovered this place after horrible experience with another hotel in the city. The Hilton SFFD was just perfect. They gave us high floor w/ marina view and everything was just perfect. Amazing customer service, perfect location next to Chinatown, and affordable parking fee. I highly recommend this place!!

I stayed here for a couple nights this week and had a great experience. I stayed on the executive floor and had great views of Chinatown and the financial district.

The staff was very friendly and hospitable, housekeeping serviced my room each afternoon I was out and the front desk staff was very responsive via chat feature on the Hilton app. There's lots of coffee shops, restaurants, bus stops, and a metro station down the street. I look forward to staying again when I'm back in San Francisco.

Maria at the front desk was wonderful! She was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit special!
Our room and view was great. I did take away one star because of how well u could hear the room next door and they were loud enough it woke me twice during the night.
