Straight forward, convenient and on time. If you live in Parker Towers, no brainer to use them for this service.

I requested a price quote and as I'm very close, I suggested I could drop off the work and I'm flexible for time. Pants hemming and a new zipper.

I initially contacted the company via Yelp and was given a quote for pick-up & delivery services at the address that I provided for laundering of a down comforter. The website is broken so I was unable to schedule the pickup, and the e-mail I sent to the company was ignored. I called to arrange the pick-up, and the man who answered the phone refused to provide me with services, citing my address being "too far" despite me providing Vadim with the cross-streets of my address in order to get the initial quote. Pure laziness.

Our bathroom was HORRENDOUS-the walls were BROWN from over 20 years of cigarette smoking with no ventilation, the tub was grimy, and it needed a DEEP CLEAN.

Thankfully, Olga and Bema did MAGIC on our bathroom! Now our walls are WHITE!! These ladies were so thorough and professional! WOW wow WOW!! I am so happy with the results and am still in shock-Thank you SO MUCH!!

We're moving into a co-op in Jackson Heights, and the former owners did only a surface cleanup: it was pretty nasty behind the toilet, on the sides of the bathroom sink, dirty moldings, inside the oven...the place needed a deep clean.

The two cleaning ladies were very nice, and fabulous workers: we made it clear that we wanted the whole place really clean, and boy did they deliver. The place was spotless when we got back a couple of hours later. Recommended highly. Would hire again without question.

Have been looking and contemplating on getting help cleaning my home for a while now, so glad I came across hippodrome! Got a much needed deep clean, and I am very satisfied. Hannah was wonderful, on time and thorough with attention to detail (also brought their own cleaning products/supplies). Look forward to using their services again, highly recommend!

I was looking for an affordable place with good reviews to bring my wedding dress for alterations. The dress is very intricate with lace and beading and I knew that the job wouldn't be easy and could end up being pretty expensive, but I think that for the task they were presented with they gave me a very fair price.

The dress came out really great, much better than I expected. This place was very out of the way from me but it was worth the commute. Highly recommended!

Hippodrome has been one of the few dry cleaners who would both pick up and drop off in my somewhat out-of-the-way neighborhood, and they have always delivered good service. I hope they will make a small pick-up this week!
