Left a message on late Sunday and Jorge responded within minutes. I was having trouble with my dryer n knew vent was way overdue for cleaning Jorge set up to have Lisandro to come the following morning at 10 am. Lisandro called on his way as requested as I gave 2 dogs that needed to be secured. Lisandro was here at 10 sharp n proceeded to clean my vents. He did an excellent job and showed pics as he proceeded. All in all he finished within an hour n showed me pics of how clean the vent was. He cleaned up all the debris n did a great job. Almost forgot , my dryer vent had a kink and so I had him out on a new dryer vent hose. Overall Lisandro did a great job. He was friendly n polite. Shortly after he left, Jorge called to follow up on the service n I told him I was pleased with the job n Lisandro. He gave me. One future recommendations n they were much appreciated. So I decided that I was not going to put off getting my dryer/vents serviced any longer. I actually started smelling burning in the laundry room. I thought I left something on the stove?? I realized that it was coming from my dryer.
I reached out to George, and he responded very quickly.
He came out to give me a quote. Communication was transparent. I had all my questions answered, and he offered helpful suggestions. George was able to have my appt scheduled the same day!
His sons came out later in the day and did a great job !

Seriously, do not postpone getting your work vents and dryer serviced. So many house fires are started because of not maintaining this. This could have been an expensive, stressful situation or a disaster!

My dryer started taking forever to dry. Can't believe how much lint they pulled out of the duct. Could have had a fire, definitely hard on the dryer.

I received text messages notifying me when the technician would arrive that included a photo of the technician so I knew who they were. The technician was very polite, with good customer service. He seemed very knowledgeable. At the end, he showed me all the photos and explained what he had done. I then received a follow up email with the photos afterwards. They are a good value. I recommend using them again!

Jorge was super quick to respond to my inquiry, he gave a fair price and was able to service my dryer vent on the same day. His invoice included before and after photos which I really appreciate. Highly recommended! I will be using Home Safe again!

Quick and professional! Family owned and operated! Gets the job done! Would only recommend to put on shoe booties so that they dont step all over the clean floors.

Andrew came out and did an outstanding job, dislodging an amazing amount of lint in my vents. He was courteous, thorough, and punctual. I was so impressed that I tipped him as he left. Based on this experience, I would say you can't go wrong with this company.

Called to schedule an appt and was not in a hurry. Andrew came out the next day. He was so nice, wore "clean" booties and was very respectful to try not to ding walls etc as the laundry room is a very tight space to work in.

Our house is only a year old, but important to keep the vent clean and to have service yearly to make sure clothes dry the best and there is not a lot of build up. I also had them replace the hose on the back of the dryer with a flexible one and it is high quality.

I would recommend them to anyone.
