I'm incredibly happy and excited about my new home audio entertainment system!

Some of my previous equipment was about 25 years old, so it's been a minute, ha, ha. Anybody remember Whole Earth Access in Berkeley? I'm talking quite some time since my last purchase.

Victor is amazing to work with. It's very obvious that he's extremely knowledgeable about what he does. I also find him extremely trustworthy.

He put together a system that completely meets my needs. On top of that, it looks so nice and clean. The whole thing takes up much less space.

I have a customized Dolby Atmos home theater system along with a fully customized universal remote control that runs all of the components in my system. I was having a number of issues with not only how the system itself was acting but also how the remote control was acting. Unfortunately my AV person of 15 years who configured the system and programmed the remote, made a career change and is no longer available.

Victor responded to my inquiry on Yelp within minutes and spoke to me quite a while about the issues I was having. He followed up with me the following week and arranged for a visit where he made a number of recommendations which included upgrading my cabling to higher end audio/video cables along with my power supply cables and conditioners which would better handle my 4K upgraded components. He also recommended I run my patio speakers off a separate Sonos amp instead of taxing my Denon home theater amp to a separate zone.

He brought in Ector who did a fine job upgrading my eeros wireless mesh network to the pro 6 pods.

He also brought in Fernando to custom program and tune up the URC remote control. Fernando was fantastic and made further network recommendations including replacing my Xfinity modem with a compatible store-bought model that would.greatly improve the speed and stability of the mesh network. That plan worked out just as projected.

Victor spent a lot of time with me explaining the options I had and the different price levels for the cabling and power supplies. He made sure I understood the reasoning behind his recommendations. He was very willing to work with the system I had in place and just make improvements to it instead of recommending I upgrade all the components. He stuck to his pricing and was a very good communicator throughout whether it was by phone, text or email. Thanks to Victor and Home Theater Concierge, I feel he has taken my home theater system to the next level. The 4K display on my Sony A90J TV set looks sharper and Atmos surround sound is certainly more spectacular especially after he retuned the sound system for my sweet spot, and re-aimed speakers. He also added isolator feet to several components along with my Episode subwoofer.

I would not hesitate to recommend Victor and his team to anyone looking to either build a home theater system from scratch or troubleshoot or upgrade their current system.

If I can give this firm six stars, I would. I had called around to inquire about reconnecting my surround sound system and re-anchoring my heavy plasma tv back on the wall. I spoke directly with Mark, and was immediately impressed by how personable and knowledgeable he was.

From there, he connected me with Victor Morales, who came out to perform the work within two day's of my call. Victor did an absolutely stellar job -- he was cordial, skilled, and exacting in the quality of his work. Highly recommended!

Victor and Ector was awesome. He was patient and sought to find a way to get the job done as this install wasn't they straight forward. The results were amazing!

I Met Victor for the first time today as a customer purchasing Equipment from him. Not only am I Super satisfied with my purchase. I was beyond impressed with his customer service and in-depth knowledge of sound. I will be doing more business with him soon.

I was over at a friend's the evening before and they had suffered an amplifier breakdown. I happened to be checking Craigslist the next day and saw an ad for an amazing deal on a high quality integrated amplifier. I contacted Victor and received a call back within a half hour. We discussed the deal and a nice public meeting space convenient for both of us. Victor was prompt, courteous and arrived with the equipment in hand. I tried to offer him money in good faith immediately but he refused so that we could settle in and discuss the equipment in full. There were absolutely no shenanigans, pitches or unforseen hiccups in how the deal was going to play out. He showed me that it came properly boxed the remote was in good shape the manual is complete and everything was so explained in the advertisement and more. Victor seemed very knowledgeable about equipment in general and home theater installations, I.e. he had insight of the multiple ways a subwoofer may be integrated into a system. I arrived home and the equipment played as I had expected. No issues,. It sounded fantastic. I had my friends down to audition that evening and they took it home and they've been happy ever since. This amplifier was hundreds lower than the going rate, well packed, and a smooth deal. I would not hesitate to contact him again.

Victor works very professional you set an appointment with him over the phone and he'll be right at your door he also gave suggestions on how to properly set up your tv/home theater. Im really happy & satisfied about the work done Highly recommended !!!

I had my new 65" Samsung TV mounted by a provider through Amazon Home Services thinking that I was getting a good deal & peace of mind. 


After the technician left I looked behind the TV to change the tilt and discovered that the bottom of the mount wasn't flush on the tv, and there was black tape over it. Turns out the screws used weren't long enough and shorter than the mount adapters so the TV was basically hanging off the wall by the top two screws, with no support on the bottom.


Of course I was pissed, this TV is brand new AND this poses a safety hazard especially for my toddlers. 


I found Victor on Yelp, called him, told him the situation. He was like "WOW" - just as much in disbelief as I was.


He came through, got my tv up, schooled us on tv mounting and setup, and saved the day.

I would give this guy a rating of zero if that was possible! I just got off the phone with him simply trying to get a recommendation on what to use to secure my TV and sound bar to the wall into metal studs. He was extremely short and irritated and basically cut me off and said what do you want me to do?! Go to Home Depot! Ask them for anchors. They will give you what you need. Clearly he was irritated that somebody was calling to get some possible information with the possibility of having him install it. Not with that attitude!

Victor and Hector did a wonderful job mounting my 65"tv from the ceiling of our gym! Professional and efficient!
