the service was very good but needed to repeat the treatment as I live in a condo and cannot tent one unit do they injected the walls were the termite were found but 2 days later more were found so the service has to be repeated

Saul does such a great job every time! He never rushes to complete the job and always cleans cobwebs on the outside of the house including trash cans! He goes over what he has completed during the service and makes sure I'm satisfied with the job before leaving.

Saul was very knowledgeable and professional and took good care of our house and yard.

Angel was able to come by another day and perform treatment, with Brian also stopping by to lend a hand. The two were prompt, arriving 30 minutes within their window, did excellent work, and at all times were available for questions. After the treatment was done, Angel left the place spotless, didn't even notice a thing.

Although I cannot give them 5 stars due to the initial hiccup, I look forward to using their services when needed again.

We are a current customer for monthly pest control service. We woke up yesterday. Smelling a bad smell underneath our house. I immediately called Home shield and asked for emergency service. Same day. We were quoted that our service person would be out to our house between one and 5 PM. At 4:30 PM, I called to see the ETA. She said he would arrive sometime after 5 PM. So we continue to wait. I called again at 5:30 with no response. I left a few messages, no response. I am going to call another company this morning and see who I can get out here. I don't appreciate the response when I'm in a bad situation like this.

I need to find a reliable pest control company that will come same-day if we have an emergency like this

This is the second time with my technician Saul. He is punctual, communicative, and I love the education he brings. He goes above and beyond and fit me in when I had an ant emergency! Definitely recommend, and requesting him if you're in South Bay, Carson, Gardena, etc. you won't be disappointed!

The service and quality plus the value is great. Saul is the best very through does everything without question. He is great.

Home Shield was one of the first to reach out to my Yelp request. They had the most comprehensive service and negotiated a very reasonable price. I like that they have 16+ years of experience and are a local, family-owned business. They're very good about coming out for follow up visits and very friendly.

Carlos J was amazing! He explained exactly what needed to be done and went through where the problem areas were and how we were going to maintain. I called for both a pest maintenance and a rodent problem. We never had a rodent problem before and Carlos took his time and explained exactly what the plan of action was going to be. I felt so relieved and felt that I was in good hands. They would be returning in a week to check the traps and then maintain the problem to keep it contained. I like their plan of action and also their spraying around my house, it was very thorough and safe, (very pet friendly too)

Their customer Service from the beginning was very outstanding and very nice and set me up with direct debit no hassle billing. They set up my appointment and the best part was the the pricing and maintenance cost. I was very happy with that.
