WOW! WOW! WOW! I am beyond impressed with this company. I researched companies online as we were having an ant and spider issue (we live on a canyon in San Diego so they are quite prominent). I wanted to work with a family owned business and not a corporate conglomeration. HomeShield seemed like the right fit. So I called. I was immediately working with the nicest person ever on the phone, who asked very detailed questions and learned about the home history, and issues I was having. I was able to schedule service that same week. The technician who showed up was equally as professional and caring. He made sure he was VERY THOROUGH and he explained everything to me and told me that he would follow up via text message (he did!!!!) and HomeShield home office also called, left voicemails and did excellent follow up work too.

So far, the ants and spiders both are now gone. (after only ONE treatment). I've signed up for quarterly treatments so that the house is protected. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone who has issues with pests. It's very hard to find companies that follow up with you, let along care about you as a person. This company does all that, and more. Thank you and please continue doing the same level of customer service that you do now. It's amazing!

I called in asking about a Free termite inspection and spoke with Lauren who was incredibly polite and professional. Their availability did not align with my own and Lauren went above and beyond to text me a recommendation of another company that could potentially help. This is customer service at its finest and I will be contacting HomeShield for any of my needs in the future!

I really didn't want to pay the money for a pest control service. However, after being able to control ants and spiders myself for 20 years, I had an ant invasion that I couldn't lick. I tried Talcon P, Combat, Terro and home made concoctions using Borax. When one nest was killed, a new one would develop a day later. This went on for about a month before I was fed up.

I provided my info in the free quote area of YouTube. I quickly got a text response from HomeShield, followed by a call shortly after. The salesperson was friendly and polite and offered me their discounted deal. We scheduled service two days later. The technicians arrived and treated the inside and outside of the house. They were polite and responded to all questions. Next day - problem solved.

Well, it started when I fell through the wall in my bathroom. We found out that we had a termite infestation and a leaking water heater. A friend of mine recommended Homeshield to deal with the termites. A gentleman named Julio came my home, did an inspection, and pointed out some things I should have been aware of. He was a true professional. He even found roaches I didn't notice.
