Sam Sanchez had been my go to Pest Control guy for years. Although Innovative Pest control is the company he works for, it's really Sam who makes the difference. He doesn't cut corners, he gives his honest opinion, and most of all, he delivers what he says he can do.

I keep hearing stories on Nextdoor about pest control companies that can't seem to fix the problem... You will not find that problem with Sam!

Great service overall! Joaquin is responsive and reliable. He works quickly and thorough.

Branch manager Lewis reached out and patiently heard about our experience. He himself came for a follow up visit. He never tried to undermine or dismiss the problems we faced last time and was very professional and understanding. He treated the two areas that got left the last time. He also took care of any visible spider activity.

He looked at the stains on the garage walls and offered to repaint it. He even promptly set up an appointment for the paint job.

Really appreciate the company's focus on customer satisfaction. Thank you Lewis!

Scheduling was seamless. Everything was paper less. The technician was very amicable, and respectful (used booties when doing treatment inside the house)

Was given a window of 1pm-6pm and there was no update till I called at 4:15. I was told that the technician would be at our place in an hour. Text updates would have been helpful. Specially because the window was so wide and being the first visit we wanted to be home for the visit.

I told multiple times while setting up the service that I have food plants in the backyard. Yet the technician did not have the right materials that can be applied near food plants, when I asked, he said there was nothing in the notes about food plants. Most of our ant problems are near the food plants, that unfortunately could not be treated. Because gazebo is near those plants, he could not spray on the gazebo as well for the fear of spray getting flown towards food plants. Those who have a gazebo would know how many corners can be infected with spiders and not being able to treat that would leave an eye sore.

He assured me that he would add that to his final notes so that some one can come back for those two areas. He did not add anything about that in the notes

Interestingly the guy said that he doesn't even do spiders/ants/roaches (all the ones that we had at our house)!! And that he does termites and he was just helping out!! Not very reassuring as a customer.

When he was spraying in our garage i specifically asked whether it would leave stains. I think that is a very basic requirement, and ideally i shouldn't have to ask also, but just to make sure I did. He gave me all the science about how some material is oil based while some is water based and he used water based that should not leave any stains. My whole garage walls have stains! I have attached pictures (Deleted now as they helped us repaint our garage). It is going to be extremely tedious to get them out, with all the stuff in the garage.

Yes after the service we do see reduction in spiders and roaches, but when you charge for the whole house, customers would expect that the whole house would be covered and not using materials that would leave a stain is a fundamental requirement.

Cost was reasonable after discounts, though i would definitely wouldn't want to continue in which case they would just take back all the discounts due to premature termination.

We used their one time service to address some spiders in our house, and we ended up with more spiders in our home after they sprayed.

When I emailed about this issue, I was told they wouldn't come out again without a charge because our warranty had expired the day before.

I'll be using another service in the future.

Probably "overkill" so far so good with out first service and service in general. Very professional. Ant issue is gone. So far.

So far so good with homeshield. on time and friendly. They also seem to know an awful lot about bugs. Found the source of termites in no time and was able to articulate a plan of attack. luckily it was only some firewood in an unused fireplace.

Homeshield was easy to communicate with, schedule, and pay. They even came back out and re-treated when the first round didn't quite get the ants! I look forward to their continued work protecting our home.

Charged me alot for initial service to cover holes and inspect. Then guranteed weekly service. Suddenly stopped coming wont respond to emails. And now have to pay another company a bunch of money again for initial service.

Why reach out to me and then ghost me as a reoccurring client. 0 communication effort.

Jojo arrived and got to work remove cobwebs before she sprayed. She understood that I wanted my patio furniture free from spiders, so she recommended turning over the furniture, cleaned the webs and sprayed. Thanks for listening on what was important to me.

HomeShield has been doing reoccurring treatments on my home, so far for a total of four treatments. Joaquin treated my home three out of those four times. Joaquin was patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions - great service overall.
