Updating my review to 5 stars after Zack and Jojo were able to assist me with the situation I was dealing with. They were very understanding and helped to make sure that my service was completed and ensure I was 100% satisfied. Jojo was very professional and helped to answer any questions I had during the service. Despite the initial problem I had, I am now pretty happy with HomeShield Pest Control.

We had a mole problem and initially had a really frustrating experience with HomeShield (no shows to appointments which turned out were never scheduled in the system, an unresponsive branch manager who never followed up with us, a promise of baits & traps that never happened, and the list goes on) BUT we were informed of a change in branch management and gave them another chance.

It was like night and day. Luis came out and solved our problem in one visit! He took the time to explain what he observed, his treatment plan, and when he'd be back and why. I'd recommend giving them a try

I have had an account with Homeshield for over a year now. They come out every other month and spray for ants and spiders, indoors and outside. They also put out and maintain outdoor bait stations for rats. They've done a great job and gotten my home's many pest control issues under control. The best part is that any time I call between appointments with an issue (usually an ant trail springing up out of nowhere and invading my home) they come out for free, usually the very next day after my call, and quickly solve the problem. Shout out to Dee, a supervisor who also handled my most recent appointment. He is clearly a master of his craft and of customer service. He constantly went the extra mile without my asking. Hope to see him at my next appointment.

Great service. Terrific technician (Dee) - friendly, punctual, thorough, took care of pest and rodent issues with lots of attention to detail around the property, and communicated everything with me via text. Couldn't ask for better.

I have a rodent problem outside of my house in Lafayette. Called home shield to set up a number of bait boxes and do a general pest prevention.

Friendly staff.
Punctual with appointments.
Good automated system that sends you reminders and texts.

The technician, Dee, was very thorough and conscientious as he covered the entire yard. He paid attention to the windows eliminating any spider webs. I definitely recommend this company and would like Dee to be our technician !

Dee was extremely thorough and kind. He was very knowledgeable. I've been having a problem with small ants and he really helped to find where they may be coming from because no matter what I did these ants kept reappearing. He even went above and beyond to help me get a dog toy that was stuck on a windowsill down because I was not able to reach it and he offered because he had a tool in his truck that he would be able to help me get it down. I will use Dee and this company for all of my other properties.

I have been using this company for several months for my pest control needs. Dee has specifically been out multiple times and he has helped solve my issues with rats and bugs. He has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I cannot recommend him enough. He has truly gone above and beyond for me and my family.
