I needed to replace and align the safety sensors for the garage. I tried to do it myself and it was close (both safety sensors' lights were on) but no cigar (there was still an error message). Anyway, Dylan was great. He fixed the issue and also answered my various questions about the garage door. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I called Dylan due to a broke tension spring and was able to get a quick estimate of cost. Made the appointment for the same day. He showed up and was very easy to speak to. He also gave advice about other issues that he has seen and what to be careful of. His price was reasonable.

I called to get a quote to put on a new garage door and motor I had already purchased. They gave me a good price, didn't try to up sale me. The install went smooth and quick. Even helped me set up the app that goes with the garage door motor. I would recommend honest garage doors to anyone that needs work on garage doors.

Honest Garage Doors was great. Dylan helped us with replacing a broken garage door opener and old metal rollers for the door. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dylan showed us where the sprocket on the old garage door opener broke. He replaced the old chain garage door opener with a belt opener. Along with the new polyurethane rollers, the new garage door opener is so much smoother and quitter. We were also charged a fair price for the new opener and wheels. I would definitely recommend Dylan and Honest Garage Doors.

Excellent experience getting a spring replaced. Dylan is efficient, transparent, and friendly. My garage door motor would not lift the door, and I noticed the one of the springs above the door was split. I called Honest Garage Doors on a Saturday afternoon, and a helpful lady said they had availability that day or Monday. We picked a time and she provided a quote over the phone to replace both springs, since they should be replaced at the same time.

Dylan sent me a text message about 30 minutes before his arrival. He completed the repair within an hour and even lubricated other parts of the garage door. He also showed me how a previous person had over tightened the bolts for the spring and how that created a kink in the torsion tube. Not an immediate concern but something to consider replacing in the future. I paid via check and received a receipt by email the next day. I will not hesitate to call Honest Garage Doors the next time I need help.
