Beware! These cleaners STOLE my personal belongings from my home when they were hired to clean my home, costing me hundreds of dollars to replace my items. When I said I would accept the cleaning fee being waived to drop the matter, the company refused, charged my credit card, apologized and said they would train their employees on this. They said they couldn't not charge me because they still had to pay their employees. They then told me to file a claim with their insurance company on my own - insurance company says they don't deal with customers and couldn't understand why Honey Bee Cleaning didn't just reimburse me for such a minor amount. You never know who they've hired and sent into your home and what you will have stolen - don't trust this company! A police report is filed for the theft # 2024-800067.

Hired Honey Bee Cleaning Service Ltd. and was completely traumatized when the cleaners stole items from my home. DO NOT TRUST this company. Police report filed for the theft: 2024-800067. Worse is they only apologized to me for the theft, said they will train their employees on this and refused to refund the fee or do anything to make it right.

Recently hired Honey Bee Cleaning Service for a a one time deep clean in our apartment. Mainly in for preparation of our newborn's arrival. I wanted everything spotless, maybe this was part of my nesting. They did an amazing job with the details, kitchen, bathroom, living room, floors, etc felt fresh. They also did some of our windows, blinds, baseboards, and moved furnitures so they can get on the tough corners that I am unable to reach. One of the important part is they use natural product. We have a dog and he will go crazy if he smell something really strong and it didn't happen to us. I look forward to setting up recurring services with them in the near future.
