Kind, considerate, friendly and super smart regarding cell phone repair work. Very timely service and did I say honest? I'm in the over 60's crowd and this is a business you can trust to take care of you. Highly recommend this business!

My phone took an ice bath in our cooler while we were at the river on July 4th. Tried keeping it in rice overnight, but it was still having issues the next day.
Called Hot Tech Repair and they were able to get me in and my phone was water free in 2.5 hours! Roman was very professional and even took photos to show me all of the water that was in my phone while he repaired it. Skip the rice and just bring your phone here for fast service and fair pricing! These guys lied to me twice on a quote for the same phone. I was quoted $400 for an original screen replacement both front and back. Then told 20 minutes later that they were not original parts un charged $350 once I clarified that I was looking for original parts. Seems like shady business to me.

Service and speed! Showed up on an afternoon, my phone was ready the next day. I lost hope for my phone, as I went to my service provider and told me I was out of a phone. Did my yelp research and saw Hot Tech Repair with 5 stars. I didn't lose my pictures or any data, super happy with their service.
For a complete new screen for my s22 came out to $241 with tax. Would strongly recommend.

Friendly fellas who took care of my damaged iPad. Pricing was clear, up front, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. They were done in the time window they promised and they beat the prices of the official Apple repair pricing and a few other shops in town. Came in without an appointment but was provided a quote here through yelp. Their pricing for service is cheaper than most places. Dropped of my iPad and was fixed within hours. I couldn't pick up my iPad in time before they closed so I picked it up 2 days later when I was available. My battery was draining so much even when charged and eventually just died and wouldn't turn on. This place checked the issue and replaced my battery and now it's good as new! It's been a week now and my iPad is still great! Thank you!

My screen protector cracked so I had to get it replaced. They quoted me through Yelp, I stopped by and 5 minutes later I was out of the store. Great guys and they do great work! I highly recommend!
