I called Hakim because my water heater was old and leaking. He came and did changed the water heater quickly and even fixed a leaky pipe! Great value. Great service. He and his son went above and beyond and gave my family peace of mind for the next 10-15 years in regards of the water heater. It is hard to find honest people these days but I appreciate what Hakim does and I highly recommend him for your water heater services!

I needed to replace a 15 year old tankless water heater and saw that Hotter WH was 5 star. I spoke to Hakim and sent him pictures of the old setup and him sent me recommendations and pricing the next day. The one I wanted was in stainless and scheduled the installation the next day. I'm in the construction industry and was impressed by his level of detail with the installation. Highly recommended.

Hakim came out to install a new Bradford White water heater. He found many mistakes made in the prior unlicensed install which he fixed while installing the new water heater. He is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Hakim is the real deal. My water heater went bad one Sunday morning. I reached out to Hotter Water heaters after a quick read through reviews and he responded in under an hour and gave me a slot in the afternoon. He came on time and recommended the best option for me but didn't push me to make my decision. His work was meticulous and he also fixed some other minor issues I had around the water heater plumbing and gas line. His work was so clean, i didn't have to do anything after he left, except pull my car into the garage and go on with my day. BTW, the price he quoted was the best around, although cleaner work matter most to me, an extra couple hundred bucks in my pocket doesn't hurt

I was so happy Hakkim answered my call and able to provide same day service. I actually went to Home Depot signed up to get a Pro to call and still no call from them after Hakkim installed my water heater. He did an excellent job, bring my unit up to code and took away the old ones and waited to make sure everything works before he leaves. I would definitely call and recommend him again in the future. Hakkim provided same day service to replace our water heater after we discovered heavily leaking water in our garage after the water heater failed. He carries a brand of water heaters he stands behind that are better than big box retailers and took the time to explain to me the work he did to bring our water heater up to code (already included in his fair price).

Additionally, Hakkim identified the reason my water heater likely failed in the first place which I am hoping to address shortly. He was extremely patient and easy to work with and love that he is a small family business.

The reviews are true. Hakim is very professional. He did an absolutely amazing job of replacing our AO smith water heater with another AO Smith one. He installs any brand you like and gives you honest opinion on it.

His price is very reasonable and it is all inclusive. Our earlier installation wasn't great. We only realized this after seeing his installation. I can't imagine anyone doing a better or even same job as him. We are so glad that we found him and he was able to take the job the same day.
