LeAnn was great. She answered all my questions about swapping out cracked windshield glass with a new one. She verified what was & wasn't included, texted me a work order so no surprises, and offered a very competitive rate.

San, the installer, is an auto glass OG who really knows his stuff. He made quick work of the job (45 minutes) and did a great job.

Everything replaced was with genuine BMW parts (glass, upper & lower seals) and it all turned out great.

I'd recommend them.

Very professional and reliable service! I love the mobile service, came right to my location and repaired a chip in my windshield! The did a great job and not nearly as expensive as Safelite. Hour Auto Glass took good care of my 2021 Tesla!

Came the day after calling on a Sunday late afternoon. Was given a 4 hour window with a 30 minute heads up call and did as promised. Price was fair and a bit cheaper than Safelite and came to me. Installer was professional and did the job efficiently. One part was missing and was assured they'd come back and fix it. Driver didn't have the part but would make it right at a later date. Part isn't necessary but just an accent piece. Would use again if in need of a new windshield.

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service contact and technician. Originally, I was all scheduled to use Safelite, but they had such bad customer service (absolutely horrible!) that I canceled them and called Hour Auto Glass. Not only did they do a great job, but to my surprise their price was less than half the cost of Safelite for the exact same windshield replacement, a savings of over $600.

I can't recommend these guys more. I shopped around for my 2019 Honda Pilot's windshield replacement (and camera recalibration...camera was already broken, unrelated to windshield issues) and Lianna was BY FAR the most knowledgeable and reasonably priced. She sent out San to replace the windshield and he was awesome then D'Angelo to do the recal (also awesome guy!) and my car is good as new now. Dealership quoted me $2.2k for just the camera and camera recal!! I bought a used camera on eBay for $187 then had the recal done for $250 by Hour Auto Glass. That's over $1,700 savings for the same quality work and excellent customer service. These are my new go-to guys for auto glass (and cameras). Thank you Lianna!

Knowledgeable, experienced and timely. They were flexible with scheduling and willing to accommodate my busy schedule, they even fit me in at last minute during a scheduling change. My broken window is fixed, and seems like the glass used is quality. I also like the sun shade this one came with.

Had a huge crack on my windshield that has been growing by the day. Found Auto Glass through a community post that I follow. Called them at 10am and they were in front of my house by noon replacing my windshield! Super quick service and an easy transaction. Dispatch who gave quote and scheduled my appointment was friendly and helpful. The guy who repaired the windshield was really nice and did a great job!

My husband called Safelite and they quoted us close to $900 to replace the windshield. Hourglass was half that!!

But they are lazy too.
