House 2 Om

These were the nicest people to work with! Tony and her lovely ladies were so friendly and easy to communicate with, they made having my house cleaned a breeze. They came in for 3 hours and scrubbed my floors, kitchen and grown kids bathroom. Everything was sparkling and fresh when they left. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good, budget friendly house cleaner.

I reached out to House 2 Om for a move in cleaning on semi short notice. They were able to come the same week. I called over the phone to book and pay. The day of they were on time and very professional. They were done before the estimated end time and the house feels new and sparkly clean! They cleaned all the shelves, cabinets, inside the fridge, baseboards, ceiling fans, and more. They were very thorough and a pleasure to work with. Very happy with their work and will use again.

I am overall happy with how my first cleaning went with House to Om with a little feedback.
I had to reschedule my original cleaning and Toni was so helpful and accommodating with my schedule.
I ended up getting two girls, Tamarah & Tanaja.

They were friendly, on time, and dealt with my two barking dogs and cleaned lots of dog hair through mopping, vacuuming, etc.

My only complaint is that none of our 4 ceiling fans were cleaned at all, or the blinds or windowsills in the bedrooms. The tops of nightstands and dressers that were cleared were also not cleaned. I thought these things would be included in top to bottom cleaning for the bedrooms.

Other than that, my bathrooms were cleaned very well, the kitchen is sparkling, and I can't find any dog hair on the floor! I also pulled out clean sheets for all the beds (4 beds total) and the girls stripped all the beds and remade them with clean sheets which was a HUGE help to me!!

I think once I continue this as a monthly service it will be easier to tackle the smaller missed things - or maybe adding a third cleaner?
For reference my house is 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and 1850 sq. Feet.

Dina is EXCELLENT! She is so communicative and I am so pleased with the work she does whenever she visits my home. Can't recommend her enough. Toni and William are great in coordinating the cleanings. They've been cleaning our home since Jan of last year and I am so happy every time they come out.

I have. And do recommend this business for people definitely with larger homes. Because things get away from you like your baseboards ceiling fans your cobwebs. It's good to have at least once a month or every couple of months so you can get that initial start on the clean.

I recently hired House 2 OM House Cleaning Company to spruce up my home, but my experience with them was nothing short of a complete disaster. This company managed to tick all the boxes when it came to providing a terrible service. From overcharging to a lack of professionalism, they truly excelled in disappointing their customers.

The punctuality of the cleaners was laughable. They arrived late to the job without any prior communication or apology.

The list of unfulfilled promises just kept growing. House 2 OM assured me that they would perform a thorough cleaning of my entire house, but they left many areas untouched. I discovered dusty corners, not cleaned fridge, bathrooms, and oven, many areas barley dusted that were glaringly obvious even to an untrained eye.

Not to mention, the quality of their cleaning was below average at best. It seemed as though they rushed through the process, barely making an effort to ensure a spotless result. I could still see streaks on the mirrors, and the bathroom tiles were far from pristine. It was evident that they lacked the necessary attention to detail and pride in their work.

Adding insult to injury, the cleaners left early without any explanation or apology. I expected them to stay until the job was complete, but they seemed more interested in rushing to the next assignment than fulfilling their responsibilities to my satisfaction.

The lack of professionalism was glaringly evident throughout the entire experience. The cleaners displayed a careless attitude, paying no attention to my concerns and showing a complete disregard for my home and belongings. Additionally, they did not even bother to stay for the walk-through at the end, denying me the opportunity to voice my dissatisfaction and provide feedback.

In conclusion, I am utterly dissatisfied with the abysmal service provided by House 2 OM. The overcharging, tardiness, unfulfilled promises, lack of professionalism, subpar cleaning quality, and early departure without a proper walk-through are just some of the many reasons why I would strongly advise against hiring them. Save yourself the headache and disappointment by seeking a more reliable and professional cleaning service elsewhere.

I had a crew out to do an 8 hour clean of my dust, cobwebby house. They did a great, thorough job. They worked tireless and got the rooms from top to bottom. Thank you Tanaja, Tamarah, Mark, and Jaeda!

When they left, my home smelled fresh and clean. Five people were able to give my house a deep clean quickly, which was very convenient for me. I will use them again, at least monthly.

Tamarah did a wonderful job cleaning our home, and cleaned many little details that other many other cleaners would miss. Plus, our dogs fell in love with her immediately. Always a good sign!

Really happy with the cleaning service provided by House 2 Om!! They are quick to respond to questions/request and it's been great working with them!

To say that Toni C. and her crew did a phenomenal job would be an understatement. I hired and organized this house cleaning for a family member and we are all over the moon to have their house cleaned and looking fabulous. Toni in the office is amazingly helpful and responsive; we can just not say enough good things about this company and crew.
Definitely looking forward to the bi-weekly cleanings moving forward.
