When we discovered that our furnace had been improperly installed by another contractor, releasing toxic fumes and fiberglass into our home via the ducts, we were beside ourselves with worry. Thankfully, the team at HVAC Oren Services stepped in and took charge of the situation.

From the initial service call, Oren and his team were incredibly thorough, meticulously inspecting every part of our system to identify the source of the problem. Their expertise was evident as they calmly explained the issues and laid out a comprehensive remediation plan.

But HVAC Oren Services went far beyond just fixing the faulty installation. Over the following weeks, Oren personally and consistently followed up to ensure we had a new Carrier Heat Pump system installed, it was operating safely and that our air quality concerns were addressed. Oren himself called, texted and stopped by multiple times to check on our family's wellbeing.

We genuinely felt that HVAC Oren Services had our best interests at heart throughout this stressful ordeal. Their professionalism and caring attitude gave us peace of mind when we needed it most. Extremely negative experience speaking with the scheduler, who refused to identify himself.

He hung up on me, because he couldn't spell my name. We scheduled a time and I gave all the relevant information (address, email), then he became upset because I corrected the spelling of my last name and indicated I was running late for work.

I called back, hoping someone else would pick up, but he hung up again.

Oren and Tony were able to come out the very next day, do the work efficiently and successfully, and be delightful to work with in addition. Couldn't have been better!

On one of the hottest days in history these guys were here in a few hours and did a quick repair for a great price. Thank you!

Oren and his colleague came within just a couple of days after I called. They were professional and courteous. We had honey bees get into our attic and set up a hive. This attracted rats! They made such a mess!!! Oren came out and cleaned everything, cleaned the furnace, replaced the soiled insulation material. The furnace is sparkling clean and healthy now. I will use Oren again in the future if need any HVAC repairs or dryer vent clean out.

Outstanding Service! We had a dryer duct that was severely blocked with damp lint buildup and (unknown to us) the vent was broken in 3 places. Oren and Tony went under the house, identified the issue(s), fixed the duct, and then worked tirelessly to clear the duct of all buildup. Great communication - Oren kept me informed throughout the job. Great price for such a tough job. I'm definitely calling them again when it's time for regular maintenance. Great job!!!

If I could give Oren 10 stars, I would. My dryer has been chugging along for a while and I realized I had never had the vents cleaned. Called Oren on a Tuesday afternoon and he and his team were at my house on Wednesday morning. In addition to a very dirty vent, he noticed that there wasn't much air coming through. Asked me to show him the crawl space and lo and behold, my vent pipes were so old that they had almost disconnected.

Oren and his team replaced the pipes and cleaned everything. I am thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail. He could have just cleaned the old vents and left but I'm super grateful he noticed a problem and fixed it before it could have caused who knows what kind of issues.

Oren and his team are excellent. We moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and during the last few summers we really had a hard time with the bouts of high temperatures that seemed to settle in for a month or two each year. We convinced ourselves for a few years to just buy/use portable AC units, but they were really clunky and frustrating to keep setting up during random heatwaves.

This year, I decided to look into getting AC installed. I contacted ~15 HVAC contractors in the Bay Area and was able to get quotes from ~9 of them (I found a lot of them through Yelp) for a 4-zone mini-split system. We had the same unit in our previous home and knew more or less what we wanted. Oren was by far the easiest to work with, I walked with him around my home and pointed out the spots where I wanted the units to go and the location for the condenser. He offered a few suggestions to make the install go smoothly and was able to send me a quote by the end of the day. His quote for the system (Mitsubishi) was very reasonable, and I felt comfortable hiring his company for the job.

The office staff were very responsive, sending updated quotes with model numbers and pricing breakdowns that made it pretty easy to understand what we were paying for and helping us explore some options for the system.

The installation took 2 days. His crew was excellent. They were very courteous and easy to talk with. My wife and I worked from home both days just in case anything came up, but they never really needed anything from us. Mostly, I just kept poking my head in to check how things were going, and every time I did, I just saw a bit more of the system coming together. After everything was in place, the team went to all the units to test them, and we were all set.

Overall, I was very impressed with the level of communication and the quality of the work, and it was all done for a reasonable price.
