I Got E-Waste

Did the job that was intended and requested. I reached out and filled out the pick up request form online. They have a terms list to be able to have the pick up for free which is great. The site we are at is a non-profit organization and had just the minimum of computers needed for a free pickup and was contacted the day after. Had an assortment of old electronics to go with the computers. Jakub came with his colleague, picked up the electronics, and was out pretty quick.

Made all the arrangements for a pick up. Received confirmation for the pick up. Pick up day/time came and went. I Got E-Waste was a no-show, no-call. Client made a special trip to be available at the specific day/time. I called and messaged to find out what happened and no response.
DO NOT use this company.

Very unprofessional.
Bait and Switch tactics
Jakub came to my office, saw what I had (I gave him exact brand and model number before he estimated), and said it would be double the cost he quoted.
He didn't like what he saw and just threw up his hands and walked out.
Extremely poor reaction from a so called "professional".

These fellas were professional & super efficient!! I would highly recommend them for your commercial pick-ups!!

My current company I am working at are moving facilities, so with the move we decided to get brand new equipment for the whole entire office. Which means we had a whole entire office of old equipment that we needed to get rid of. So I reached out to E-Waste for help and they got back to me in the same day and scheduled a time and date that worked best for us to come get all the equipment. They made the whole process very easy and stress free for me. I 100% recommend them to anyone. Keep in mind this was right before the holidays and they still made the availability for me.....Merry Christmas!!

I called E-waste when I was in a rush to dispose of a large quantity of small electronic devices. I could tell immediately that Jakub was honest and reliable and he wasn't trying to take advantage of my situation. He genuinely cared about helping me out. Jakub worked quickly found me a team that was willing to dispose my items in record time in less than 2 hours. Not only that, he did it for an amazingly affordable price, much better than I was able to find anywhere else. Overall, I found Jakub to be highly professional and communicative and would certainly work with him again. Nothing but good things to say.

I submitted a form on their website for e-waste pickup for my company. Jakub returned my call within the hour and scheduled a pickup time for the following day! He arrived within the time window given and was able to remove all our e-waste charge free! We had a couple dozen laptops/desktops, a few printers, and even a large TV. Even though our building was small & narrow, Jakub was able to take out everything in just a few trips. I can't recommend this business enough if you need e-waste disposal. Definitely would call again!

I called I Got E waste and they made a date to pick up my old office equipment. Then they emailed me the next day saying that they didn't service residential homes. Well, I run an office out of my home, I have a business license and my business is listed on the Internet. When I told them of this they said, well, I guess, but it will have to be Monday instead of Friday and you'll have to help me with the steps. I said fine, but since you made the appointment and I told you that I needed the stuff out as I had realtors coming to my house on Saturday. He then simply said, :"I just don't want to service you--find someone else." What a jerk.
