Imagine Maintenance

Found this company on Yelp and overall, I had a really good experience with this company. We got our gutters, awnings and windows cleaned.

I pretty much got an email response from them for a quote the very next business day and Todd came by to our house really quickly to give us a quote. So I do like how quick and efficient they are.

Nitesh, Tyler and Brandon that came to our house were all very friendly and receptive to feedback and delivering our desired outcome. I have a really hands on approach to dealing with things, but they didn't seem to mind it at all. If you're not happy with something, you just have to let them know and they'll accommodate you.

Overall, I'm quite happy with Imagine.

Only word of caution, if you're like me with really "old windows" that have hazing issues, and have not cleaned them in a long while, you might want to reconsider getting them cleaned just because windows are apparently porous ...after cleaning, the hazing issue seemed to be much worst. Imagine won't be able to help you with this issue. I'm not quite sure, but I might have to find a company that deals specifically with windows to help me with my problem.

After finishing a large renovation in 2016, I decided to hire Imagine Maintenance to do gutter/window cleaning and pressure washing of my property.

Two employees were sent out, one cleaned the gutters and windows (which I was satisfied with) and the other employee who obviously had no training or work ethic did the pressure washing. Major stripes were left in my large driveway due to missed uncleaned spots, this employee was so lazy instead of moving two empty garbage cans he decided just to go around them. ( Viewed on my cctv cameras). I decided not to bother complaining due to dealing with other trades for the reno.

2017 came and after calling several other companies that had long wait lists, due to being too busy, I decided to give Imagine Maintenance another shot. I explained my dissatisfaction of the previous year, and settled for gutter and window cleaning only, no pressure washing and a reduced rate.

They sent an employee over and for attest the first twenty minutes after arriving this employee just stood on my patio leaned on my railing doing absolutely nothing, (viewed on my cctv camera), I thought to myself great another winner.

After finally getting to work, I checked up on the gutter cleaning and I was satisfied with the job so far, i watched from inside as he cleaned the windows and seemed like he got all areas.

After work was done I declined a walk around as i checked on the progress a few times, i couldn't tell how clean the windows were as they were still wet. I signed the work off and paid the employee.

Later that night the windows dried and they were very dirty, worse than before!!! After reviewing the cctv, it appears he used the dirty gutter bucket of soapy water to clean the windows!! (All 16 windows needed to be redone).

As I was busy at work I got my fiancé to call to complain, she said the manager todd was very defensive, so I called him very upset.

I complained regarding the employee doing nothing upon arriving, his response? I pay same amount regardless what employee does or how long he takes??

As for the dirty windows, He said well you did sign it off? Well am i supposed to keep your employee there for several hours until it dries and then sign it off????

He did offer to "come take a look". After paying over $900 over the two years and the poor customer service and poor quality of work I declined.

Point of this review: DO NOT sign off work until, all windows and sidewalks are dry so you can inspect work, as Todd said you pay same amount regardless of amount of time the employee is there.

There are a lot of better companies out there in my opinion.

They showed up exactly when scheduled (they showed up at 8:59am for a 9am scheduled time - perfect!). Gutters were cleaned to my satisfaction, the 2 workers were considerate, quiet and thorough.
Invoice came electronically, and I was able to pay through the site.
All around, exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again.

Scott and Garrett were extremely helpful, professional and cost-effective when it came to our long overdue eavestrough and skylight cleaning! Of all the home maintenance repair people we've hired over the years, they are the very top tier. We'll definitely be regulars.

Yay Clean Gutters!

Easy to contact/get quote:
I filled out the quote request on Imagine Maintenance's website, and got a email response the next day. I had forgotten to include my address so after I sent that off I got a quote later that evening. The quote came in lower than the competition, but more importantly, Imagine Maintenance was able to come sooner.

Timely:
They said they'd arrive 'around 8' and arrived at 8:15. I saw them climbing around on ladders, with pipes and heard them working away for a a few hours.

Convenient review and Payment:
Upon completion they showed me pictures of the work, and I signed off on a smart phone. Then I was emailed the invoice immediately and could pay online via credit card. Very convenient.

In addition:
While they were up there, they noticed a dirty skylight so they cleaned that too. What service! We'll be asking them back in the future to clean our gutters again!

Called Imagine's main office number which put me through to a cell phone.

Personally I dislike that as I am made to feel like I am intruding on the person on the other side....they could be driving/eating/picking up their kids....who knows...anything except 100% devoted to my business.

And this was EXACTLY the case with Imagine. The person on the other side of the line explained that he was driving, and could I therefore email him. Not wanting to jump to negative conclusions, I did just this. Even though frankly, when you call a business, you typically want your matter dealt with right then and there so that you can continue on with your day....

Well, I guess it IS possible I messed up on the email address he spelled out over the phone, cause I never did hear anything back from this company. (Nothing bounced back in my Inbox as undelivered though, so I guess its to the Ether that my potential business has gone....).

I even gave it a day or two before I realized that Imagine was too important for me. The man on the other side of the line could even have hit call back on his phone if the email never got there, or if they even remotely wanted my $$.

Men In Kilts benefited from this though. Cause it was them whom I then phoned...got through to a proper and professional receptionist who was able to help me there and then. I had them come in to do my windows a few days later, and now, as a happy customer, I know who to call when I need these types of maintenance services in the future....

I guess it all works out as it should in the end....but save yourself some time and frustration and go straight to a different company....

I called and left a message, and Todd called me right away. He was on time and did the job well at a very reasonable price. From scale of one to ten I rate him ten.

Imagine Maintenance was back with an even longer cleaning list for our home exterior and interior windows and they once again were very impressive with their efficient and friendly service. There was a crew of 2 that came to clean on very short notice before a large social gathering we were hosting and they maneuvered around 2 toddlers and a baby with ease and left our decks, gutters and siding clean, and windows sparkling. With a varied list of tasks that I had them complete I paid a daily rate which I felt was fair and reasonable.

Our curtain wall of windows is not easy to clean and it looks fantastic. They took the time to explain why they used a certain cleaning technique on them and how best to spot clean in between their visits.

Only thing that would make them better is a magical formula to keep my kids handprints off the insane amount of glass we have!!

Imagine Maintenance was timely, professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job on our windows and were very well priced. They were thorough and very personable. We will definitely use them for our commercial space on a routine basis.

We have been using Imagine Services to keep our interior and exterior clean for about 7 years now and have been very happy with their work and professionalism. They first started with washing the windows of our 2nd floor restaurant establishment but they have since expanded their services to removing dust from our high ceilings as well which we had lots of difficulty reaching. They are very efficient in getting everything cleaned up and ready to go in the morning before we opened for business. I definitely recommend them for any commercial or residential cleaning!
