I am a disabled Vet.I had two vans parked in the impart lot located on Stanyan St. In the Haight Ashbury district.

I am a senior and a local..so I was given two spaces for $180 a month. I kept these spaces for about three years or so. When imparktook over the business they put in machines that validated parking..instead of people in the booth.

One of my vans that was parked in wheelchair parking was moved without my knowledge or permission but only after cement was splattered on on side of that van.

I moved them to spots next to each other and left SF during the pandemic.

A month ago I received a letter from a tow company stating that my vans were in their possession and that I needed to pay them $160 a day for storage. And that they believed I had abandoned yhem.

I never got a phone call or an email stating that impark thought they were abandoned. And nothing came to my email during the pandemic while I was away.

In effect my vans were stolen because there was no way that I could pay the tow company that much money per day. To add insult to injury..I received a toll bridge ticket for one of my vans.

I could have filed a lawsuit but that is not my wat of doing things. I am 73.5 years old and without vehicles..I have stopped driving.

I am writing this so yhat people interested in monthly parking with impark will understand how this corporation operates and find monthly parking elsewhere. I sent them and the prior company ( which I never had a problem with) a couple of thousands of dollars per year ..just for parking and this is how I was treated...robbed of my own property by an unscrupulous company.

I'm mostly writing this review for myself, so that I can remember where to park when I'm in this area of San Francisco. It's clean, safe, the people working the desk are very friendly. If they leave for the day at 7 PM, the 24 hour guard upstairs can let you in to get your car, but you do have to have your receipt! I drove in after 10 AM and paid $20 for the whole day and evening which I think is great. It's close to the SFMOMA and Moscone Center. Will definitely use this parking garage again.

Great place to park if you work in SOMA or near market st, or going to a conference at Moscone. Price is very reasonable and a lot cheaper than other lots nearby. Close location to 101 is also great. Lex and Sau are really nice and quick!

I parked here as a monthly parker for several years. I reluctantly had to move parking because we changed schools so no longer had a reason to park here. Despite that, I almost stayed, even though this garage is nowhere near my office. The guys who work here are awesome and super helpful! Extremely friendly!!

The location is one of the best because of its proximity to Yerba Buena Gardens, Metreon, Westfield Mall, Target, Whole Foods, Moscone, AT&T, etc. Even better, because you can turn either towards Folsom or Harrison when you exit, you can often avoid a ton of traffic!! Definitely recommend!!

Lex was a very helpful and friendly parking attendant when I visited my son who works in the building.

This parking is a valet parking, and you sometimes have to leave your key if your car blocks other cars. I have been parking here for the past 3 months and never had a problem. The lot used to be owned by Ace Parking, and was recently bought by Impark. Prices have gone up: Early bird used to be $13 before 9 am, it is now $15 (the signs have already changed, the price changes on July 1st).
