I was getting ready to go on a cruise and needed parking for 8 days, ace parking was the cheapest and closest to pier 27. It was $146 for 8 days, that was almost completely unheard of, the rest of the parking garage in the area were all nearly $300-$400 for the 8 days.
I called customer service to ask a few questions (I.e, how far parking was from cruise terminal, parking structure security, etc) and the lady was really nice and answered my questions professionally and promptly.
I reserved my parking online (easy) and had my ticket printed ready to go.
The day of the cruise also happened to be the same day when Blue Angels were performing so there was a huge traffic jam and parking was crazy everywhere (I think Ace charged $45/day on that day for special event parking). The parking attendant was able to quickly get my ticket in order, give me a parking stub, and directed me to a spot near the gate opening. The structure felt safe and my spot was near the entrance where the security was so I was happy and it was only $146 for 8 days (really $144 but there was a $2 processing fee).
Anyways, if you're a cruiser and need long term parking, I'd definitely recommend this place and making a reservation online. The attendants were pretty helpful with directions on getting to the pier and the process was absolutely painless. I'd definitely use it again for my next cruise.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 3, 20241 check-in
Good place to park that is covered and not too far from pier 39. I like that you can scan the qr code and pay everything by phone. You don't need the app to use the phone pay function. They have a $20 all day weekend deal if you get there earlier in the day.

Parked my car here for a couple hours to take my family to Alcatraz. Your car isn't safe anywhere in San Francisco but it's better than leaving it parked on the street. At least it's covered parking with cameras.

80 San Francisco long term parking near the cruise terminal... is thumbs up! Did not have a good review prior to making arrangements with this parking garage, but glad we did! Our cars were secure and nothing was stolen after leaving it for 10 days! No complaints!

For cruise parking the two lots on Francisco can't be beat. $20 a day and at least at lot 93 you keep your keys. Lot 55 asked for our keys and valet parked for us in the past.
Proximity to the cruise dock is about one block.
My only concern was apparent lack of security. We were able to access the elevator through a side door that was unlocked. No attendants in sight and I fully expected to find someone sleeping on the floor inside the elevator lobby. Not to be, all safe and sound. Exit was simple, one left turn and onto Embarcadero that led us quickly onto the 101 and we were outta there.
I recommend the lot but only during daylight hours and in the company of a group.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Doug D.Pleasanton, CA0111Aug 13, 2017
I parked my car at the 55 Francisco lot on a Saturday. When I returned to collect my car at 10:15 pm, the lot was locked tight with no staff whatsoever available to let me out. I had to spend over $100 on an uber to get home with my kids and then Bart back into San Francisco the next day to collect my car. To make matters worse, I was charged extra because my car was parked overnight.
Both Saturday night and Sunday morning I called the posted phone numbers to speak with Impark support staff. While they were perhaps sympathetic, they were entirely powerless to do anything to arrive at a reasonable outcome.
Ultimately, this is my fault for not reading the posted signage that the lot is closed for exit at 10pm. However, in my defense, I've never seen a public parking garage that does not allow you to collect your car even after the garage is closed for entry. As such, I wouldn't even think to look for signage.
It is simply bad business to have a garage with this business model. It's actively hostile to its users. Stay away.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Sara G.Santa Clara, CA1685191007Jan 15, 2018
This parking lot is one of the cheaper parking lots near Fisherman's Wharf. I was up there recently and it was $20 for the whole day, which was pretty good compared to other parking lots that I looked at in the area. The parking lot does close at 10pm. I don't how strict that is, but I got back to my car exactly at 10pm and was still able to leave with no problems. The only problem with this lot, is that the ramps to go up a level are REALLY tight, narrow, and steep. So steep that if you don't keep pressing the gas pedal, you will defiantly roll backwards.
The parking lot was clean and felt safe. Overall, I would park here again when I come back to visit Fisherman's Wharf.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jan 3, 2015
Simply the easiest parking in San Fransisco I had ever encountered. Two months prior we went to their web site and booked a space for two weeks while we were on a cruise. Printed the ticket. Drove to the cruise terminal, dropped off the luggage, and the covered garage was two blocks away- an easy stroll back to the ship- even in the rain. When we got to the garage we showed the attendant our printed ticket. He exchanged it for a ticket for the dash and a ticket to leave. Movie star parking, it was on the first floor near the booth.
On our return, we walk in, get in the car and drive out handing the guy our ticket to leave, which took all of 15 seconds.
$18 a day, clean and safe.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - 1511921881Sep 8, 2013
It's convenient if you will be hanging out by Embarcadero or in particular catching the cruises. It was $9 for the whole day (& it was a Saturday btw when I went).
Just beware the stairs, particularly the one along the street. I ran into someone peeing in the corner of the bottom level. NO JOKE. I was traumatized so much I nearly puked. Mainly because it was fresh urine so I could feel the warmth and smell that stank. Ri-dunk-u-Lous!Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - N S.Dublin, CA191918Mar 23, 2015
Best parking deal I ever got an busy weekend close to pier 39 in San Francisco downtown. Walking distance to pier 33-39 and the rate was amazing &15 flat rate weekend specials from 8am until 10 pm.
I parked my car from 12-7pm I felt that really a good deal. I wish I knew this parking when I had taken the Alcatraz cruise from pier 33 I walked 1.5 away as the weekend prior I had no idea
Place is clean car was safe in and out.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
