Yo tengo una experiencia muy buena en ese dealer en otro dealer es me dijeron que no y en ese dealer sin tener crédito solamente fui con mi talón de cheque y me aprobaron un carro y el carro está al día Super bien me trataron muy bien me financiaron bien fácil y no otros lugares me dijeron que no porque tengo el Pasaporte de mi país y sólo con mis talones de cheque me llevé un carro hasta me ayudaron en la enganche porque no lo tenía completo y me dieron un buen tiempo para pagarlo

They helped my fiancée get his dream car. We had tried so many other dealerships and this one was the only one that helped us out and didn't talk down to us.
Reza was awesome and did what he could to help us achieve our dream, he was very communicative and down to earth.

This car dealership is a complete fraud scam and rip off!
They are selling cars for extremely high prices number 1 & number 2 the used cars have multiple mechanical issue, electrical issues and safety issues and they seem to think it's ok without properly inspecting them prior to selling them.
I have met 2 other customers that have had similar issues with the vehicles they have bought from this company as well. We only just bought the car in 12/16 and the car is completely in operable and it's has many issues that are severe safety concerns.
I have consulted with an attourney and have been advised accordingly. Stay away from this company!

I had a very pleasant experience with Rick, Ali, and the team at Import Auto World. I wanted a Range Rover for a long time, but knew that the used market offered better value. Found one on cars.com and made an appt with Rick to come check it out. Fell in love right away, as they keep the cars there shiny and clean. They have a good assortment of cars, especially German imports. We negotiated on price right away. They were willing to budge from their stated price which was nice. The real negotiation was when we talked about my trade in. It was in rough shape but they gave a fair offer and we made the deal happen.

Rick, the sales manager, is experienced, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explains all of the features and was honest about the condition and necessary upkeep. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to buy. Ali the owner and his wife were awesome, as well as the dude with the BMWs. Overall I had a pleasant experience and would definitely buy from them again.

Ali is very helpful, professional, and most importantly has integrity! He will not sell you a car that he wouldn't put his own family in.
His prices are in line, he doesn't force sell unnecessary products to you, doesn't tie you in to going with one finance company because they have offered to incentives him more off of the sale. He puts you in to the right car at the correct rate and a payment that you can comfortably afford.

Mr. Reza is absolutely wonderful. He is the best car dealer I've ever encountered, not to mention the best moral person I've ever met. He has been incredibly helpful beyond expectations. He gave me an excellent deal and called me 4 days later about an even better deal! Reza will work for you weeks after you've closed your deal. I cannot believe such a wonderful person exists. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone who wants to purchase a used car. He knows who to talk to and how to make amazing deals.

Sorry to say but the place sucks rude and gave me the run around for 2 days. Asked me to Send all my info then told me they would bring the car at 2 and wanted$ 750 then again at the end of it all I didn't get a car after they got all my info and rudely was thinking I was stupid .the people don't communicate business is what they don't run it's a big scam STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!
