I should have read my first review, being so close to the airport this In-N-Out is very busy. We even saw a huge bus bringing people here. That means that at 12:30 p.m on a Friday it was packed. We got lucky and got a table, but I had to hover. By the time we left around 1:30 p.m. it wasn't as busy so there were more tables open. Either way, next time I should look for a different In-N-Out.
The drive through was even busier. They do seem to be on it though with a guy walking to cars with an iPad taking orders, so don't be too scared by the long line.
It did take a while to get our food, but it was so worth it. My kids actually ate a hamburger and fries. I got a cheeseburger protein style and fries animal style, which is incredibly delicious. I don't know how they make their fries, but there's nothing else like it.
Their menu is minimal, but what they do, they do well. I will absolutely always come to In-N-Out in SF, but next time look for one a little further away from the airport.
They do have outdoor seating as well, but when it's super sunny there is no shade. They really need to make this place bigger, but parking is plentiful so no issues there.

Being the closest In N Out restaurant to the airport, you will find that most of the clientele is either coming from the airport or going to the airport. We fit into that latter category. Even though we were in San Francisco for a total of two days, my husband insisted we eat at In N Out as much as possible, so that meant running here before going to the airport.
Our rental car was due at 11:30 a.m. and we got here at 11:05 a.m. As long as we left by 11:20 a.m. we would make it (I know, that was cutting it extremely close, but there were other mitigating circumstances that if I bring them up this will just turn into a rant).
There was a pretty long line, but they only had one cash register open. Funny enough, once we were next in line they opened a second. My husband is very particular about his order. He only wants ketchup and lettuce on his burger. After we ordered, we played the waiting game of hoping that our order would appear before 11:20. At about 11:19 they called our number and we hauled butt out of there, only to discover that they got his burger order wrong. At this point, he should have just let it go, but of course he had to run back inside to demand the order be corrected immediately.
They got his new order back out in two minutes. Mistakes are bound to happen and if we weren't in such a rush, this wouldn't have been such a monumental issue (which resulted in me not wanting to even look at my husband for the next hour, of course).
We got to eat our order when we made it to our gate about an hour later and I learned a couple of things:
1. The burgers and fries aren't put in any type of containers so even though we were lucky and nothing spilled through the bag, there is a chance that could happen. Be aware.
2. They do put animal style fries in a container, thank god.
3. Their fries don't taste as good lukewarm as they do at the restaurant. You should always eat it fresh when you have the chance.
4. Luckily, the burger does taste just as good no matter what temperature!
Overall, this is still a great In N Out Burger, just don't make our mistake and think that it will be an easy in and out. The name of this place is a bit of a misnomer.
Jonathan L.San Francisco, CA20256209Jul 17, 2024As they say, In-N-Out, that's what a burger's all about! The design and layout of this In-N-Out matches that of what you would typically see at other locations. Double-double with fries came out excellent!
Taking off a star because they have the worst vehicle exiting I've ever seen: to get back into the street, you're dumped on Rollings Road, right by the lights of a super busy intersection, Rollings Road and Millbrae Avenue. Add to this the fact that this is right by the freeway and SFO International Airport, has a gas station (car rentals refueling), and is the closest In-N-Out to the airport, you have a recipe for major gridlock. And of course, last time I went here one of the few land is closed off for construction. Even in the best of times, you'll likely be stuck for several light changes until you can get back out into the road. In other words, give yourself extra time--and maybe an extra order of fries--if you're visiting this location.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0

We ordered two double-doubles, animal style fries, and a cheeseburger with extra lettuce and tomatoes. I also asked for grilled onions. We ordered with one of the employees taking orders in the drive thru line. The wait wasn't too bad and the food was delicious!
Pro tips: I usually enjoy ordering the Neapolitan milkshake and asking for my fries well done. These options aren't listed on the menu but the employees will know what you mean (I've never had a problem ordering these items and highly recommend it)!

Friendly staff, consistently delicious burgers at a decent price.
The only downside I would say would be the line organization is not done well at this location. The line blocks off the parking and can even block off the entrance to the plaza.
Other than that, definitely recommend animal style cheeseburgers and light well done fries!

60478123Apr 16, 2024In n out, always consistent with their service and meal. This one in particular is always busy and crowded. The restaurant and the bathroom were clean.
Getting in and out (pun intended) of the parking lot can be troublesome since the drive through line can create a lot of traffic.

Fav fast food burger joint:
- burgers are consistent which I very much appreciate
- my go to order: double single (double patty with one cheese) with raw chopped onions
- tip: order unsalted fries (fresh and crispy)
- ingredients are always fresh
- always crowded due to being close to airport but worth the wait in my opinion whether it's drive through, take out, or dine-in

Therefore took it personal and did everything
In their power to make sure they do me wrong
Never mind what I already know about the establishment
The service sucked big time
The burger came out off as well
Nobody asked for burnt edges
Nor did I ask for the old damn near expired buns
I ordered my food... drive thru
the fries boat damn near empty
Why in hell is this place going down to hell... I mean this must be the worst branch as we speak. Also this must be the one of the worst experiences I had went through. I can guarantee they didn't go by the standards when dealt with me... still less worse than the gas station burger.
You know it's bad once you compare it to the gas station food
Until next time. Hopefully under new management.
And yes remember the meet grade is going down. The lower the meet grade the cheaper it is for the consumer... I guess. But here it's not halal nor kosher anymore.
