Service is quick and the ambiance is great. The restaurant is always clean and great location to eat with the family. Friendly staff who greet you with a smile and are happy to help.

Living on the East Coast, one of the first things I check when headed to California is if there's an In-N-Out nearby. Fortunately, there's one right in Napa! We went through the drive thru which was very organized. We all ordered doubles, animal style, which were fantastic! The strawberry shake was very good too! I'm not a big fry guy, but wouldn't recommend coming here for them.

Service was very friendly. Right on!!

Over rated. Burger was just like any other fast food burger. Got food poisoning here twice in 3 months. Never coming back I'll stick with my own grill

First off, it's in n out, so of course it'll have 5 stars! This review is specifically for Daniel. He held the door open for our party upon entering while he was on his way to clean up outside. While inside he stopped by to see how things were going and if we needed anything. When I approached the counter to ask for forks for my animal fries, he came up behind me to ask how he could help because no one was at the counter. I'm not complaining no one was at the counter, I'm trying to point out he's observant and helpful. I also noticed how incredibly helpful he was to his teammates. The most wonderful smile that never left his face. I love Daniel and am so happy he was hired.

This 5 star is for the great burger and for DANIEL who was so courteous, most welcoming friendliest person we have ever met in all of our years at ANY in-N-out !

Been here quite a few times, always clean and good service. Always consistently well cooked food. I like that I can get black iced-tea, not many places serve it fresh brewed. If you haven't tried your hamburger animal style, do it now!

Usually good, but lately the fries have been terrible -- too crunchy, lots of black spots, small size fries. Burgers can be sloppily put together either way huge chunks of lettuce you can't get your mouth around.

We have eaten here many times in the last 6 months. Everything about it has been great. The quality of the food is fantastic and never varies. The employees and friendly, helpful, fast and hard working. It is always very clean.

I've been to this In-N-Out twice already and I'll say that hands down this is the In-N-Out with the shortest lines I have ever seen! haha and that's a great thing for me! I frequent the San Ramon and Pleasant Hill locations and the drive-thru lines are crazy insane, about 45 min waits. Here at the Napa one I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 min! Maybe I've just been lucky the couple of times I've gone.
My In-N-Out order is always a cheeseburger with grilled onions, animal fries and a coke! Can't go wrong with that!

Being on a budget, this is one of my go-to's, as a local. The staff is super friendly, although they do get consistently slammed busy and overworked. It's pretty standard all across the board for all In-N-Out burgers. Since they're so overwhelmingly, busy expect large crowds, super loud environment greasy floors overflowing trash cans. I can't blame the employees. I see them working hard. It's just a lot for them to keep up with. Most of the time the food is good. Lately, there's been a lot of inconsistency with under done fries and under done burgers. Even when I ask for well done. They're always cool about remaking it. I just wish they were be a little bit more consistent. Solid cheap eats. Parking is sometimes a pain
