INFLA Bounce House & Party Rental

I rented a bounce house for my daughter's 5th birthday party on 4/22/17. They were professional, on time and courtesy. The set up and take down of the equipment was quick they completed the process in minutes and I would definitely use their service again!

Amazing experience using Infla Bounce. We contracted them for our end of year School Carnival. Everything about the process was seamless. Easy to use online form, within 24 hours or booking was confirmed, great customer service, any questions we had were also answered promptly. Delivery and pickup was on time and the crew were fast, friendly and able to help with placement of the Inflatables. The kids were impressed with the variety of options Infla Bounce provided for us and the package we selected even included sno-cone and popcorn machine. Excellent overall and we could not recommend them more to anyone looking to book. We will be using them again next year and personally I will book them for my block party and swim club over the summer!!

Ordered tables for an event. Site is easy to use. Someone calls right after when you place the date for the items. We got the tables the day before the event which is great. Since if it was on the event date you never know if they will be running late or if something happens. The drop off was seamless and we paid our remaining balance in cash on delivery. The pickup on the other hand the driver came an hour later after the event place was already closed. But we are understanding things happen. So they came back the next day for the pickup and it was seamless also. I would recommend them and use them again.

They were punctual and the bounce house was exactly as pictured in their website. The person setting up was very courteous and the pick up was seamless. I would definitely rent from them again.

Their entire process was seamless. I called to make a reservation. Went online to pay. One of their staff called a few days before to ensure schedule is still the same. The man who can to setup was friendly and helpful. The inflatable was clean and in good shape. He came by as discussed and folded the inflatable at ease. Our family had soooo much fun. We will rent another inflatable this summer

I ordered a bounce house for my nephew's first birthday. We got the 8x8 castle. With the pick up and drop off the total we paid was $200.

The kids loved the bounce house. It was the perfect size for up to age 4/5. I would say no more than 3 kids fit safely at a time.

It was easy to request the bounce house online. The next day I got a call to confirm the details and price. We received two more confirmation calls before the event date. Drop off and pick off we're both prompt.

They ask to be paid in cash.

We've worked with these wonderful folks every year for the past 3 years. They're consistently honest, clear, helpful, and easy. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Highly recommend! Had a great experience with them. Very helpful and accommodating (we were going to potentially have to reschedule for rain). The delivery was on time, quick and easy. Bounce house was a huge hit!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will take your money and not follow through on promises made.

We had an event for 10:30am and on our contract it says they would be by us at 10am. They "claimed" there was a flat tire the night before, which they did not fix, and so they would be 45 minutes late to us. Now keep in mind they never told us this and we had to find out by calling them. In the end we got the bounce house for 45 minutes less time than we paid for

We called them up and all we got in response was a rude man on the other end who said its not their fault and they would not prorate a refund for the time that this company stole from us.

Consumer BE WARE AND DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

This happened to me this weekend so I wanted to share so it doesn't happen to anyone else. I reserved a bounce house with a guy named Vinny earlier in the week and filled out the form that indicates which bounce house you are choosing, date, drop off time, etc.

Well, fast forward to Saturday morning, 4/28/18, the day of my son's birthday party the guy shoes up an hour late 10am (it was supposed to be there between 8-9am) with the wrong bounce house. He offered me $50 off to keep that bounce house which was significantly smaller than the 1 I had reserved. I declined and said I wanted the inflatable that I had reserved.

He then says he will be back at 1pm because he has other orders to drop off. I was obviously displeased and he then agreed to be there by 11:15am with the correct bounce house. Well, 12pm rolls around and he is not there. I call and he says he will be there by 2pm and that he only told me 11am because I was upset. He at this point is in Edison, the warehouse is in Newark, and I live in Wayne.

Fast forward 1:40pm he arrives and starts setting it up. He then puts the contract in my hands with no discount regardless of his error or the delay in time. It gets worse...now he deflates the bounce house in front of the children and starts packing it up making my daughter and her cousins cry. My husband was rushed out of the shower and came down and handled the situation and he was discounted $40.

I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in my life. It almost ruined my son's birthday!
